Came to the Salem NH store. I’m from Massachusetts but I decided to travel. I love this store!!! Brianna F. Helped me so much. She looked into a different sized dress for me and traveled around the store to assist me for that dress. Also she helped me pick out what would look best on me. She’s a very pleasant young woman. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. (Although I spent too much lol)

Horrible return policy, I try to return 3 days after the purchase, with the tickets, unworn and with the receipt and they didn’t want to return because it was a “special occasion dress”. Btw it was a very simple plain black dress but because it was long it was considered a “special occasion”.

Left the nashua store and came here they did not have the exact one I wanted but they were super helpful and actually looked for something similar to what I wanted all the employees were very busy here and still very helpful. The nashua store I was only customer there and was treated like I was bothering them. My only suggestion would be to send some of your employees from this store to train nashua.
