“I’ve been to both the Banfield hospitals in Salem. The Tuscan Village one did not impress me each time I went so I started going to the one inside of Petsmart. This May my favorite cat in the world Became sick again with some thing he’s had in the past. They did not pressure me to do any imaging as he was almost 17 and I knew what was happening. They prescribed the same medication he was before. Unfortunately the next day he declined even more and the best move was to make him comfortable. I was with the same vet technician Brianna and the same physician Dr.Denault both days. They made me feel so comfortable. They made my baby warm and comfortable and allowed me to snuggle him in an exam room while I waited an hour for my husband to get there. They explained the process, and went above and beyond with the steps that I could take afterwards.
This cat meant the world to me and I had always planned to make him comfortable at home. So being able to have such a calming experience in a vet office meant a lot to me and deserved a good review.”
“Mistake was made on recent appointment, they took care of us right away. During cash I was cut in line by a woman dropping off a fecal sample…ok…no not a big deal. Well this woman goes off on the counter person and threw the poop at her!!!! Counter person remained calm and professional. I yelled at lady outside. I’ll go to these guys forever”
