By far the worst experience trying to directly call the store. I had a simple question to ask store reps and cant get through . The number isnt provided like it used to be and im routed to 1800 customer service number. Literally 20+ minutes trying to get customer service rep to simple transfer me. This shouldnt be the process and very disappointed with stores not having direct numbers to stores. I do not want to jump through hoops to ask simple questions

After spending time on the phone to discuss the advertised deals being offered, we visited the store and were totally taken aback when the deal we were promised was a total scam! Don't waste your time with these guys! They have no idea what they are doing!!

the best service I changed from my old company with them and made everything online I placed a new order and the wrong device arrived I went to the store and they gave me my money back and they solved the problem with many offers

I could not be more disgusted and yet at the same time not surprised. After a devastating loss in my family I thought it would be a nice surprise to take advantage of a Verizon deal an add my brother to my line after getting sold on it and confirmation that I qualify by a sales rep. She was wonderful and after giving the sales rep on the phone excellent reviews, I notified my brother that the phone would be ready for pick up.we were both excited finally something nice to look forward to. Unfortunately, the staff from the sales rep to the manager have undisclosed issues and inherent bias. They ruined the surprise and revealed our dismay. They profiled my brother because of his appearance, or whatever other fake excuse they have for their unresolved trauma. Their power trip,hatred, their vindictive, intent compelled them to go even further. Zach approached my brother and pulled the ultimate, “Karen” act. Not only did they deny the already paid pick up, they went so far to go ahead and call the police. Potentially triggering PTSD false shooting, caution thrown to the wind, mind you Zach the manager bragged, taunted, and attempt to incite violence by gloating, even admitting he flagged the account because he felt like it and didn’t like his look. This abuse of power is not going to go on this is discrimination will have consequences. The impact of their actions continue to haunt me and cause me distress. Verizon my lawyers and I are waiting to hear from you.

BEST STORE ORLEIN IS THE BEST! I work with customers for a living...so walking into this store was a treat. I was greeted instantly with a smile, which is important. My sales consultant ORLEIN was very helpful. I ended up leaving with a new iPad AND IPHOINE.He took yhe time to explain everythiung! I don't mind spending extra money on accessories when people are helpful!
