Very easy experience and process switching cell providers. Nelson gave exceptional customer service getting my new phone hooked up, photos&contacts transferred and staying past closing hours to make sure i was walking away with a functional phone. Beats the competition by a mile

I had a very poor experience at the store with Nelson Diaz. He was very unhelpful and unprofessional, he kind of brushed me off his desk. I had some questions to ask and he tells me to call 611 and leave his desk because his desk needed to be open for other customers,( I’m a customer myself ) again very unprofessional compared to the other colleagues in the store who
have help me in the past. Again treatment was very poor I will not suggest nobody going to this guy! as a business owner that I am I will never treat a customer like that.
