I am not sure if this is the retail store or the corporate store. Both have the same info on google. If you shop at the corporate store at this mall you’re golden. DO NOT SHOP AT THE RETAIL STORE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE MALL. Went there to upgrade from the 13 to the 15 and the software failed on phone they gave me 20 minutes after getting home so I had to go back the next day to get a new one. the service I got there was so bad I returned the phone and transferred back to the 13 I had before the upgrade. when I did, they put on my account that they sold me a new iPhone 13. Not only that, but they charged me for things that should not have charged and I confirmed this with their costumer service. They also wouldn’t warranty the $70 screen protector they sold me that cracked after 2 days and wouldn’t let me return the $80 case I bought there for the 15. Verizon corporate eventually got it all settled but the whole process was ridiculous. Will not EVER go to another retail store again due to this experience. Again DO NOT shop at the retail store. If you go to this mall, only go to the Verizon corporate store. It’ll save you money and aggravation.

I have been going to the Rockingham Verizon store for the last few years. I have asked for help with phone problems and I have purchased a phone and products. They have been respectful and knowledgeable. (I came here after making the huge mistake of going to the Plaistow store which... yikes... horrible.)* The reps at Rockingham store are awesome.Thank you.

Do not go to this store. There are plenty of reputable stores in the area but this is not one.0 rating is warranted but not an option.-Sold us on additional line due to a deal that was running for a free line. charged immediately the following month.-Gave them apple passcode as they did the work of transferring info from old phone to new. They went into wife’s google account and gave themself 5 star review. Removed and not warranted.-Said they were sending info on opening a Verizon credit card but we would need to log on and apply through the website. Turns out they actually opened a credit line of 10k.Scammers. Beware of them.look out for the above. Be safe!

I don’t write reviews often but I had such a positive experience last weekend, in the Salem NH store at the Rockingham mall, I really needed to write one in regards to my experience. I had the pleasure of being helped by the store manager Marc F. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and incredibly helpful! By FAR the best experience I’ve ever had with Verizon and I’ve been a customer for 2 decades! He helped me in purchasing 2 new iPhone Pro Max for me & my husband and helped update our phone plans to ones that better suit our needs & budget. I cannot speak more highly of this man and the outstanding service he provided. I will definitely be going to the Salem NH store for any of my phone or accessories needs. Verizon, please extend my gratitude to your most awesome representative. Thank you for everything Marc!!

Shout out to Sales Specialist Kevin at the Verizon store in the Rockingham Mall. He spent about an hour and a half with us to find the best phones and plan for our needs. He offered options we didn't even know we had. He was patient, explained everything and was super nice and helpful. No pressure sales just a very satisfying experience. Thank you!

Cruz Roman is very unprofessional when someone is changing a phone for someone else. I came with my brothers ID and social security number and consent from him and Roman required me to call him and get his consent when I clearly had consent and had my brothers phone. Had no way to contact him and Roman wasted hours of my time.

Yesterday I had the worst customer service experience from Eric( very rude and arrogant all the time ). I will share the details here as I have the recordings. I will try to create a YouTube channel ASAP and provide the links. I want customers to know how this Verizon store is scamming the users, and also forcing to buy the device. Im the active Verizon users with zero complaints from the past few years but I’m planning switch back to AT&T just because of this store representative.

I am SO disappointed with the Verizon store in Salem NH. Last night we went in to get a screen protector for one phone and a SIM issue fixed on another. We stood in the store for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged. Then we waited for another 15 minutes or so to be helped. When we finally are asked what we need, the guy tells us to take our phone to another company to get the screen replaced (we went to Verizon because we wanted Verizon) he said it was $10 at the other place. I said I didn't care but he refused to replace it (BTW it was NOT $10 it was $50). Then we asked about the other phone and without even looking at it to see if something could be done he says he would have a new one overnighted. My husband says he wanted him to look and see if he could fix it because he didn't want to change phones. The guy's response was to hand him a piece of paper telling him how to switch phones. So I suggest up grading. The guy looks at only ONE line and says it'll be $300 to upgrade. I said then use a different line. He then tells us to just call the tech support line. I called while in the store but it was closed. Basically this guy DID NOT want to help us in any way. So we left OVER PAID to replace a screen protector and have a phone that DOESN'T work at all. SO SORRY TO HAVE BEEN A BOTHER.
