I was in In need of notary services and was referred by several people to the UPS store in Salem New Hampshire. They had previous experience with going in but told me I definitely needed to call to be sure that somebody was there before going in as they had gone in and there was no notary services that day. I had a specific day I needed to go in as I need to coordinate several people to go with me. I have three calls into UPS, left three messages because they don’t answer their phones they require you to leave a message and they will call you back and I have yet to hear back despite having called three times and left three messages… That is completely unacceptable

I went in today and the employees were hustling! The line was a little long but they got through it quick.I will say that the woman (I assume a manager) who came from the back and told the employees the employees to not wait until they were out of change to ask for more, could of used a little more class and less attitude. Those folks were working hard and provided top notch customer service.

When I went to pick up a package, I was charged a $5.00 "storage fee" by your clerk for picking up the item. I told her:1) I called UPS beforehand, gave them 215 S. Broadway as the address and was told that there would NOT be a charge to have it picked up at this location. This is when I proceeded to have the package delivered here2) I then called the store itself and asked how to I arrange to have a package delivered and held at the store. At no time was I told about a fee.3) I arrived and was told, "Sorry, we are a franchisee, and we have a charge"4) This fee is NOT disclosed on UPS website, nor does UPS agents disclose it when you call.

First I'd like to say thank you to Kitty and Eddy for their assistance with my shipping delema they were great and was in and out any issues. Employees like Kitty and Eddy being so courteous make people want to come back. Thank for everything I greatly appreciate you both.

Waited only a few minutes for a staff member to take my package and give me receipt with tracking number.Very efficient, communication was excellent. In and out in5 minutes.?

This my first time to take service from UPS and I had a very bad experience with UPS. As I send a parcel to New York on 1september 2023 it's been 13 days . Now they say they lost my package..

Outstanding service by Kitty!She was friendly, cheerful, & she helped me figure out how to send my Amazon package back thru UPS vs Whole Foods.She literally walked me thru it. 10 stars for her.Rare in today's world to have someone so charming & willing to go above & beyond.Thank you Kitty!

The price to print a shipping label is ridiculous! They charge 3.99 which I’d way too overpriced. One of the guys that worked there said “paper is expensive so we have to charge” excuse me? This company makes millions a year, cost of paper is not that expensive. Don’t recommend printing at UPS.

I have been at this UPS several times. I want to commend an employee by the name of Kitty. She was so helpful and kind to me. I also observed her handling those in front of me.She is accurate, professional and confident at her job. Please appreciate this person.?

I left a negative review last week. The next day I received a reply to contact them at an email that I've tried to get in touch before. They said they'd get back to me regarding my issues. We'll, a week later and guess what? NO REPLY.
