My shop has used Transtar quite often in the past without issue. I have to note we mainly replace transmissions depending on the issue. We do not rebuild them, but on my first sold rebuild. Mark F. Went above and beyond with service. He answered all my technical questions and when I needed a something as small as a single seal he made sure I had it the same day. Very impressed with quality and service.

Highly recommend Noone ever use transtar for products. Ordered one clutch pack back on October 4th. They disappeared. Then they sent the wrong clutches. Then they sent the right clutches, to the wrong place (two states away). And have now sent the, hopefully, right ones..... Oh wait they apparently never even shipped those last ones. Have a truck down waiting on this one clutch pack and have been let down at every turn by transtar. Take your money and run anywhere else but here. Multiple locations, multiple failures to provide basic merely adequate service.

The staff in the wesrhouse is friendly and helpful usually im in and out once in a while i show up before my order is ready but still my wait time is short
