Purchased my truck over a year ago, have had nothing but issues since driving off the lot. Salesman even laughed at me on the phone when I called to tell them what a piece of garbage they sold me.

Last Friday I called to see if the vehicle we were interested in was still on the lot. I spoke to George who informed me that the truck was still available. I explained that we would be traveling from Connecticut and would show up around 10am Saturday. The next morning we showed up and the truck was already running and looked as if it had just went through a car wash. We were truly impressed! We met George who allowed us to test drive the vehicle without him. Upon our return, I thought my Dad wouldpurchase but he wanted to view and drive a different truck at another dealership. Unfortunately, we didn’t buy from Toy Store but I was blown away at how well we were treated and would definitely think of Toy Store the next time I’m looking for a vehicle.

Mike and the entire team took great care of my vehicles for a wide range of issues and normal inspections. They were honest, friendly and care about their customers. I’d highly recommend Toy Store.

I Purchased a 2012 Chevy Sonic 6 speed manual transmission for $11,495. 2 days later the clutch went. They said they would pay 50% of the $1144 bill for the new clutch and I was charged $572. They said they felt this was fair. If those reading this agree this was fair, then buy your next used car from them.*** Followup after dealers response ***:"First, let me say that after reading his lying twisted long story I decided to do a Followup Post on what really happened":After returning from my first ride after purchase, the car had a terrible smell to it. The deal said I had the parking brake on, but I never did. The smell turned out to be the clutch going and that's why the clutch went. This dealer likes to lie and blame its Customers for the cars that they sell that brake down that they obviously temporarily fix to work just long enough for the buyer to be stuck with. (Read the other reviews that had the same problem)"Good Luck if you choose to buy from them..."(PS, So they are saying I destroyed the clutch in 2 days...? Funny that now that I have had the car for 1 month with the "New" clutch that it still runs fine!)

THEY WILL SCREW YOU. I bought a 2012 black Honda Civic with 150k miles for 10k. I test drove it and right away I noticed a humming sound to me that sounded like a bad wheel bearing. I asked about it and they said it was all good. I notice a jerky feeling but to me I thought it was just bumps in the road at the time. Regardless I was so excited to get a “more reliable vehicle” than my old truck I sold for a down deposit, I had a trust for Honda Civics since my old one with 300k miles never had a problem. So I ended up buying the car but I made it clear that I wanted my mechanic to look at it before and told them I want my mechanic to do the inspection sticker. They ended up putting a sticker on with out even checking the break lights which were out. Not even a week later I notice the gears in my car a slipping and shuttering. I demanded a refund but some how they convinced me to let them try to fix it. They gave me my car back “fixed” on my way home I stalled out on an on ramp, and had my dash board lit up like a Christmas tree. I proceeded to let them try to fix it two more times. The problem never went away and only got worse. Now it’s about three months later and my car can barely shift, makes a terrible grinding noise and shakes like your going over rumble strips on the highway when your turn. I have a feeling it might be that wheel bearing I mentioned during the test drive that they assured me it was aye ok. I haven’t been back to them since a recurring nightmare that when I’m driving my wheel falls off and uncontrollably crashes through the window of toy store auto sales landing on top of a greedy salesman. I want to state that I hope that never happens it is just a scary nightmare. Please don’t shop here for that sake of yourself.

I located the car I was looking for using Car Guru. I spoke with Dave over the phone about the car and he was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. Since I was from Pennsylvania he also face timed me showing me the car in more detail. When I arrived in Salem, NH the car was detailed and all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. It was a pleasure doing business with a professional organization and I would highly recommend the Toy Store if you need a new vehicle.

Purchased 2011 Tundra back in 10/22. Since that time it had a (power steering leak) dealer covered 1/2 cost. Two weeks later exhaust leak/ manifold needs repair 4,000 cost. Just recently had to replace O2 sensor. Now I figured 1 owner with low miles for 2011 seemed good, now it's just a money pit. With all that being said, make sure you have a 2nd mechanic take a look before making a purchase. As for the sales aspect of things, these guys were professional and GREAT with the whole process.

Our daughter was looking for a reliable used car for commuting to work and running errands. When we arrived the 1st time we met George. George was super friendly and personable. He didn't pressure us at all. We found a car that was a contender. The next day we did a marathon of used car dealerships. No other dealership seemed as trustworthy and we weren't very confident in the "deals" we were seeing. We returned that evening to The Toy Store and purchased the car we had seen the day before. Dave took great care of us and we got a fantastic car at a great price! The transaction was easy, they accommodated our every need, and we picked the car up the next day. Excellent experience for us in every way!

Really thought this was the place to buy my car. Customer service was great on the phone and they said the Nissan Rogue I was interested in was good to go, no issues. Brought it to my mechanic and paid $150 to find out : rear brakes backing plates not in good shape, 1 missing, rusted transmission pan, needs new rear rotors and a broken exhaust manifold stud. I called Dave back and shock! And surprise! He had no idea but he would fix everything!! About $2000 worth of work quoted by my mechanic. Don't waste your time with these guys. They come on like it's all good, but they are liars.
