REALLY?? Joe Provencher From T-MOBILE STORE IN THE ROCKINGHAM MALL TEAM OF EXPERT'S ? Is JUST That ? ??PERCENT AMAZINGLY qualified team of experts but Joe the manager I've known him for years he runs that whole T-Mobile store in the Rockingham Mall and he knows his customers as well as he knows about his cell phone he's the best thing that hit T-Mobile he's gone above and beyond to help me my family for years I go from Lowell all the way to Rockingham just bought the service at that store when I got T-Mobile in Lowell on Chelmsford Street a half a mile from my home but I won't they're all young kids that don't know what they're doing? Joe goes out of his way like he just did November 30th when I got my granddaughter a new iPhone tablet her iPad then she changed her mind after 3 hours of him helping us set it up purchasing it putting all the apps on it cuz she's only 11, she wanted the Samsung tablet so right on the spot as they getting ready to close at 8:30 at night he stayed so 11:00 with us to exchange the iPad for a Samsung tablet because he is truly about his customers Joe from T-Mobile at the Rockingham Mall that's the way to go you go Joe you go you flow Joe you flow Joe! "During my recent visit to T-Mobile, I encountered Dave, an employee who not only displayed shocking and abhorrent behavior but also resorted to using racial slurs towards me. His discriminatory remarks were deeply offensive and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, he outright refused to provide service based on my race. This kind of behavior is reprehensible and goes against all standards of decency. I strongly advise T-Mobile's management to take immediate action against such behavior and ensure that every customer is treated with respect and dignity

I went in to upgrade my phone. Ian was INCREDIBLE!!! He was so knowledgeable, making sure I had all applicable discounts and that I was aware of all the other services TMobil offers. He was kind and made me feel right at home!! Thank you for a great experience Ian!

My last experience versus this experience from 3 months ago has really turned around! It has met my expectations and so much more! Gary and John really had taken the time To let me have that 10 out of 10 customer satisfactory.? I am so pleased with my new watches and cellphone choice and I would definitely recommend anybody to go in their direction and ask for them. Thanks again

My husband and I visited the Salem nh location with questions and we were totally ignored!! It was the worst treatment we have had in years!! We are currently customers for 10 years + now thinking of moving on!

I needed a new phone and after going to a couple places T-Mobile ended up being the best deal for what I was looking for. I've been a Sprint customer for years so wasn't looking for a new plan. Gary was super helpful and made the process that I had been dreading, so easy and quick.

This stores continuous disrespect and belittlement towards customers, is what has lead me to write this review. A few months ago I came to upgrade my phone, the whole ordeal was a headache to say the least. I had to return three different times in the same day, to have them correct their mistakes which could have been easily been avoided if they paid even the slightest attention to the task they were performing. I then came again for a simple screen protector change (as I have the protection plan) and was berated by an employee as the associate manger looked on. She was constantly contradicting herself, saying I had one type of phone but then backtracking that and saying I had another. She refused to answer any of my questions or come to a possible resolution. When she was asked simple questions such as how has this issue occurred or how can this issue be resolved she become volatile, and started raising her voice along with saying comments like to not take when she was talking. The associate manger who was right next to her offered no support and just stood there instead of telling this employee to take a breathe or try to defuse the situation in any way. The ordeal ended with him telling us to have a good day and him dismissing himself from the situation. This experience speaks to the degrading and disgusting nature the employees at this T-Mobile location has, and if you do find yourself here, good luck.

Limited staff out front. Manager/supervisor was in backroom....with line of people waiting to be helped.When finally helped, I was given misinformation about my plan causing problems on my recent trip.....felt dismissed & didn't trust them when I left the store. I should have trusted my gut & called 800# to confirm.

Horrible, went there because of a phone issue with our phones, they are LG phones that won't dial out and LG no longer makes phones even though our phones a just about a year old, we had to wait for the manager when he finally arrived and spoke to us my wife and I noticed an attitude and sarcasm, we need to have emergency phone service because of health issues he refused to help us and replace our phones they said we had to wait for the LG Phones fix nothing they could do about, wow

Being a new business owner, I was looking to a get a plan and service that will not only accommodate me but also efficient enough for my clients. I came into this store and worked with Gary. Gary was able to help me through the whole process while being very patient and informative. He was able to provide me excellent service while working with a longer than usual application. As a new business owner documents were requested creating a longer than normal verification process and he was able to walk me through the whole thing comfortably. Answering all my questions & providing me with what I need even after everything, I am confident to say I left as a happy customer & will definitely return! Thank you Gary G. !

Please stay away from this store. The associates at this store are deliberately scamming consumers by making up false trade-in promotions to make sales with no consequences or accountability. I was lied to by Nurlina and other associates that I would receive 400 total (an additional 200 on top of the normal 200 value) trade in value for an iPhone 8 towards the purchase of an iPhone 13. No plan change or additional adjustments required. I paid the remaining amount of 400 due that day to pay off the phone. One month later, I received a bill for 200 and only got 200 as the trade in value. I called customer service and was informed the sales rep misinterpreted the promotion and there was nothing they could do and now I’m stuck with a 200 bill. By the time you find out, it’s already too late and T-Mobile will do nothing to help you. I’ve already taken this up with the FCC, but this needs to be put to an end. Store reps are deliberately scamming customers with zero consequences.
