I come to salem nh store to print 24x36 blueprint drawings many times over last 9 months. Everytime i was in and email my files and they always get it done quickly. One time i tried a different staples store and they wanted nothing to do with printing right then. Today i had to wait a little due to busy print shop and i was apologized to for the delay. Ive had so many good experiences i didnt care. Was helped out and treated exactly how youd expect when someone is busy, very courteously. Good crew.

I went to Staples for an Amazon return. I had made a mistake on the return. The clerk was so helpful! They fixed the return on my phone and made the exchange in just a short time! Luke was fantastic! Personable, knowledgeable and patient! I will be going there fore my returns and other errands.

I was in the Salem store this morningTo have a picture printed and Christina waited on me.I just want to say she is very good at what she does.She has done some prints for me before and she always makes suggestions to make my prints better. I appreciate her knowledge. Thankyou Christina keep up the good work!

Service is slow AF. Especially in the printing. They have one person on duty. Tons of people are looking for jobs, hire more. Nonsense!

Great customer service from Brian in printing area. No attitude, no complaints, printed out what I asked for while adjusting the images I needed three times!

The print service has gone down hill. I used to come weekly for different large prints, but I now wouldn’t recommend this service.We ordered 50 Christmas cards Saturday morning with a 24 hour pickup for a 5pm guarantee on Sunday. I showed up on Sunday at 5:30pm and the cards were not ready. The kid told me that they wouldn’t be ready for another 24 hours.So now we have to go out for another trip when it should’ve been done. At the very least, the kid who was clearly not busy, could have printed them while I was there. There was no notification of the delay and the employee was less than helpful.

Nick at the Print and Marketing Department was excellent! Helped us in a bind, was professional, and kept us on track. Was patient when we kept checking in with them on a project, and it turned out great. Big thanks to Nick!!

Looking for a chair today for my wife's desk. Found one prefect but the price listed was different than the online price. Also the chair on the floor we wanted was under a completely different "posted sign" for a different chair. (Very Confusing- stocked incorrectly) On top of that the chair we liked had "2" versions and the one we wanted was listed incorrectly (in other words the chairs Item# was different than the tag # attached to it with a different price. We asked for help and met "Tori". Tori was clueless. Zero customer service skills with the personality of Comedian Steven Wright. Tori kept telling us if the box states that item number, then that's the correct chair. Never understood the listed price discrepancy. I asked her if we could open the box to just confirm and she said NO. So I told her if I go into the parking lot and open it up and its wrong we are returning it. Tori didn't care and said ok. (We did open it to check and it was the right chair.) She never asked us if we wanted it put together and honestly kept the same "I don't really care" attitude the entire time.Checking out we were given the online price, the reason for 2 stars. However, I probably should have taken it away because Tori was seen laughing at us with a store associate in the printing area near the windows as we were leaving. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at Staples and how down hill this store has become. Improper stocking and no one cares.

Wow I tried to get help to print some stuff up and was told I'm wicked busy with 20 orders. It will take 24 hours to do that.Sorry but it would of taken you 2 minutes to help and you could of gotten back to your task.Lazy slacker. Always help the customer!
