Based off of two visits…my first visit (bedding and pillows for a mattress already ordered) was fine…friendly and mission accomplished. Second visit (exchange for bedding and spent extra $) wasn’t all that friendly. Maybe the associate needs to adjust her sleep number… ??♂️

Purchased a bed + base + bed furniture, were told there's a 2 month wait, but okay, we'll wait.A week before the delivery we get a call to reschedule for a date that is month out. Okay, we'll wait...A week before the new delivery date we get another call, rescheduling again for a month out. Okay, we'll wait...3rd times the charm? The delivery truck shows up, and the person going in the bedroom only to find out that he's really in the wrong house or with the wrong customer, telling us that "they couldn't find all the parts for our bed".At this point we're ready to cancel, calling in the customer service line and going through 5 (yes, 5!) different people only to be told that yes - they don't have the electronics for the bed and we'll need to wait another month.We say no thank you, and ask to cancel, only to be told that we can't cancel the furniture because it's "custom" and we can't return it, even though it wasn't delivered (and we don't know if it ever will).Amazing customer service, eh?It got to the point we had to threaten legal action to get them to cancel the order...I'd say that yes, the beds are nice and comfy and the sales folks are great, but customer service - especially post-purchase, is just garbage.

Good experience here. Robert was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Yes, we purchased a bed. They are not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Ordered a sleep number bed and mattress April 11. Set up delivery for June 7. Starting June 1 got emails confirming delivery date of June 7 for delivery between 4:00 PM- 7:00 PM. On June 7 in the morning I took apart my bed and mattress and got rid of it. At 10:30 AM we got a call from delivery that the bed and mattress would be delivered within the hour. Nothing came. I assumed we would get it between 4-7. At 6:30 PM we called number for delivery. Person said the bed and mattress would not be coming that night. He told us to call his supervisor and gave us the number. Called supervisor and he told us we still would get the bed and mattress that night. Needless to say the bed/mattress did not come on June 7. Slept on couches that night. Next morning I got an email from Sleep Number saying delivery of bed/mattress was rescheduled to July 26. Called at 9:00 AM to cancel order. Went to Bob's and bought a mattress and a bed on June 8. They delivered it June 11. If they had called me to reschedule the delivery by June 6 I would not have taken apart my bed. But no one communicated with me. I Would not recommend Sleep Number to anyone.

Our sales rep, Robert was amazing. Despite it being busy, he took all the necessary time to make sure that I was comfortable and confident in my purchase. He explained all of the options and all of the sales they had going on to make sure we could make an informed decision. We were not pressured at all and never felt rushed to make the purchase.

They opened early so i could shop without people around and so o didn't have to stand and wait as I'm disabled. They were fully informed on the products i was interested in and very patient as i took my time trying out all the different beds.

My wife and I had no plans of purchasing a Sleep Number mattress system until we came into the Rockingham Mall Store and tried out a couple of mattresses. Well, that was a mistake! After melting away in the mattress while warming our feet and learning all about the technology that goes into this system explained by the Store Manager Lisanny Richiez, that was it and all we could think about while looking at other mattresses in other stores.

I had an amazing experience and the lady who took my order went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything I was buying. She explained the products with expertise and was very friendly and easy to deal with. I haven't dealt with a salesperson like her in years!!! Superb customer service!!!
