I would give zero stars if possible. Nobody at registers while management is talking to customer service gossiping. Absolutely unacceptable

The Manager sold me almost $60 of shampoo and conditioner. I don’t usually return things but I hated it. I tried to return it two days later to the Sephora in the mall and they saw it on my account and said I couldn’t return it because I bought it at Kohl’s. No problem, went back to kohl’s and the same Manager wouldn’t let me return it because she couldn’t find it on my account. Even though the other Sephora saw it on my account.. so now I’m out almost $60 because of “their software.” She wouldn’t even give me an exchange or store credit, just blamed it on their computers and tough luck for me?? I was excited thinking a storefront would be easier, but it’s the opposite! Don’t waste your time, just go to Sephora in the mall or Ulta down the street where I’ve never had problems.

I went to Sephora at Kohls and was having difficulty finding a foundation that would fit me. Eva helped me pick out a great foundation that I am now in love with and the perfect shade for summer.

I do not recommend this store and the general manager SUSAN was unprofessional and rude. They made an error on my merchandise credit and I called Susan tonight and she would not help me and actually hung up on me. I will be taking this up with her District Manager. Very unprofessional as a General Manager.

Visiting in Salem for several days on both sides of New Year’s Day, we did a lot of shopping because Salem is a town with many shopping malls, strip malls, and shopping plazas. Shopping in Rockingham Plaza, one of Salem’s larger shopping plazas, we went to this Kohl’s. I spent most of my time in the women’s/misses’ sections. In the Apt. 9 section, I shopped for tops. Of interest was a cowl neck ribbed-knit sweater in light beige with flecks of rust and burgundy. In Lands’ End, I saw several jackets I liked but considered them too pricey. In the Croft & Barrow area, I looked for the ribbed turtleneck sweater in a shade called Ozark Blue that I’d seen online. It was on sale at more than 50% off. It was sold out in all sizes except Extra Small. We ran out of time for shopping before we were through here but returned another day. We rate this Kohl’s at 4.0 and can recommend a visit. Great deals and friendly service. Amazon returns option is a nice feature. Clothing and home goods are usually the best deals but occasionally electronics are pretty good with the Kohl's cash.
