In this bank they are racist they did not let me open an account they demanded papers I took them and even then they did not let me open the account I went to another Santander and they opened the account quickly without all the papers that they demanded of me here I will see how I make a claim here

This branch has changed A LOT in the past year or so. There is a new branch manager and she is AWESOME!!! All new staff who are very pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all of your needs are met!

they're never open on time. it says they open at 9am and i was there at 9:15 am and they were closed. maybe they changed the timing and they should fix it on the door and online too.

Awful!! This bank itself is absolutely terrible!! Every single time I go there's something. And I continue to tell myself il never go there again. Yet I do and give in and it's even worse than the last!! I put a decent amount of money in my account...they screwed it up and put it in someone else's account!!! How!? I gave you my license!! Has all of my information!! Then when I go to fix it the girls behind the counter are so pissed off because the person at dunks made their coffees wrong...."how do you do that?? How do you not know you forgot my hash browns??"......HOW DO YOU PUT ALMOST 800$ in the wrong persons account when all the info is right infront of you!!!??? And almost a week later I'm still getting screwed around and don't have my money. And through my whole first visit I never even get an apology...from the 'manager' of course. DONT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
