Staff were friendly but overwhelmed. Posting delivery photos as help to others - donations are reviewed between the hours of 0900 to 1400 - last I heard (late May 2024) they are full on furniture.

Good luck dropping your stuff off. Goodwill has a much easier process and more consistent hours.

Items are higher than retail for lots of the items. Staff are rude and the store is dirty and gross. Stay away.

Dropped off about twenty-five bags of winter clothing collected at a local elementary school. Called ahead to see if I needed to make special arrangements. They said no, but once I got there, I got a major attitude, and I was told if they had known how much I was bringing over, they would have said not to come! How ungrateful! Never donating there again!

The point of this store is to get a bargain of something you need. Prices are higher than brand new at stores. We should be paying at least 50% off new prices. Went in and found a 36" fishing rod. Ugly stick dock runner. They wanted $20.00 . It's only $16.00 new at Walmart. Asked to speak to manager Diana I believe her name was. She had a bit of an attitude when I explained that a new rod was less. She tried selling it to me for $1.00 less than new. These are free items to the store. I've given this store probably a $1000.00 worth of clothes shoes and tools. I did not appreciate the attitude or the price. Prices are too high. Plain and simple. 50% lower than new. Atleast.

I believe they are very racist against Hispanics and Black people, they chase you all around their place, then you all people freely shopping and a lot of them exchanging tickets, also some of them are rude.

rarely seen such a lack of manners or abidance to businesslike conventions, ultimately ignorance, all the more when dealing with .... donors ! my tale, after a 24 holiday shift as a surgeon, I brought a pile of clothes and a large dog bed in excellent conditions at the thrift store on my way back to the car I was stopped by a rather rude young man, Calvin or similar, that informed me they do not take pet beds and that clothing items are to be brought in bags. a more polite but in reality only businesslike approach would have been "good morning I am so and so from the store, thank you for your donation, yet we do not take pet items and clothes we prefer in bags, this for your next donation, if possible, again thank you and have a good day" after all you rely on donations for your store, items donations and cash contributions. who needs this aggravation and be subjected to these manners for what ? to donate ? I will stop both types of donations and join my voice to the many negative comments I heard, specifically on this store !

I'm giving this place a rate of 3, only because the people have always been friendly.. otherwise this place is chaos! Every time I go there, I usually end up leaving with nothing because there is practically no organization at all! (the only thing that's organized well is their books/movies/records section) It's an overwhelming hot mess and some of the stuff looks just like plain junk of no use. If they could sort out the stuff a little better and have better organization they probably would get more business

Yesterday they treated me badly I think because I am Hispanic I bought something from home for the kitchen the lady who works inside told me it is half price when I pay and I see the receipt the young man who was collecting said he would not refund the money because it was already collected . I left the attixulo and the money was only 16 dollars but the item was old. I never come back
