I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of this dealership. From the first visit I was directed to a wonderful sales associate. His name is Lucian and he helped me find a car within my price range. We test drove the car that I liked and I decided to lease it that day. I went back a few days later to pick up my new car and he spent a generous amount of time explaining all the details. He has since followed up with me and also scheduled my 6 month oil change. The dealership and Lucian were absolutely fantastic!

Last week I leased a new Nissan Frontier from Patriot Nissan. We had stopped at a bunch of different dealerships to look at SUVs and trucks but no-one would come out to help us because it was so hot out. Lucian was amazing, he came right out and made us feel comfortable, giving us his recommendations while not pushing anything, which is a very nice feeling when looking for a new vehicle. When I decided I wanted to purchase the Frontier he made everything so quick and easy. After going over everything about leasing, he sent me over to Nathan in finance and he was also great and accommodating, answering any questions that we had. When we were finished with finance Lucian showed us around the building, where we would go for service and helped me schedule my first service there in 6 months. He also gave me a little goody bag of Nissan stuff (microfiber towels, a cleaner for the truck, pen, a cup, a koozie) and a big cleaning kit with like 8 different cleaners. Then at the end he showed me everything about the truck again and helped set up my phone and just made the whole process a great experience.
I would highly recommend buying/leasing a car from Lucian and Patriot Nissan, it was easily the best experience I've had at a dealership.

Parks a loading truck in the main road blocking visibility - almost died trying to get out of Ralphies. Traffic is constantly backed up.

I have been to Patriot Nissan for two cars now. Love them! After dealing with many sales men with Nissan dealerships, Lucian is by far the nicest and best sales guy ever! I have sent three people to him that feel the same way. He is not pushy and straight shooter. Will be returning and highly recommend!

Sorry, this is going to be a long but very detailed and important review if you are looking to have your Nissan serviced by a hard working, honest dealership service department.
I purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve private sale this last spring. Love the truck, but a few weeks ago I got an annoying warning that the headlight system wasn't working. Found a low beam and LED strip out. Read some online Forum stuff to educate myself before deciding to contact a dealer because it is not an easy fix like the old days. I sent the same exact online contact form information to 3 local dealers, two of which had serviced the vehicle from the previous owner. I quickly received an email from Clive Jacobs at Patriot Nissan, which ironically wasn't one of the dealers this truck had been to. Clive stated that he was in sales but wanted to make sure I knew he was sending the information to service and was hoping they could help. A short while I was contacted by Erin Gardner in service, who made sure that I had checked the basics myself and discussed diagnostic rates and options before scheduling me in a service appoint within two days!
I dropped the vehicle off on Thursday night using their convenient drop off box for Friday service. On Friday I was contacted by Tina Lever to give me quote to repair... $1475 for a new headlight assembly and labor! Come on Nissan, $1200 for a headlight that is nonserviceable... be better... that's ridiculous. However, that is not Patriot's fault. We discussed options, and since I needed the truck to get to work on Sunday, Tina said she could overnight the part and have it fixed by Saturday afternoon. Tina gave me great confidence and made me feel at ease that I was making the right choice at the right dealer.
Saturday afternoon around 2 I received a call from Tina... apparently there was a wiring issue as well and the tech (unfortunately I did not catch his name or I would have called him out as well!) was hard at work to resolve it. Knowing that they close at 3, I was a little nervous, but again Tina reassured me that I would at the very least be able to pick up the truck after hours so I could have it back for work the next morning even if they had to schedule it to come back. At 3 I called in and Tina said she decided to hold the tech, parts department, and herself after hours until this was resolved. Got a call at 3:40, turns out it was a bad connector... the headlight was fine. Now, I could have been told it was both the connector and the headlight and I would have been none the wiser. However, this honest and upstanding business did what was right and turned a potential $2000 job into a $525 one, staying late in the process to get it done for me when I needed it. Now my truck is good as new.
Now remember, I was just some guy who had contacted them via an online form that went to sales. I had no connections to anyone at Patriot Nissan, didn't buy my truck from them, and never had any service work done there at all, nor had the truck from the previous owner. It could have just died with their sales department. Instead, everyone saw it through to the end. They just wanted to provide the best customer service to the average person.
I give them 5 stars because I couldn't give them 12. Outstanding. I have found my servicing dealer, and I believe you should find them as well.

Worst car purchase experience ever! Sales manager Nate messed up my address which gave me an nightmare. I gave him my ID with correct address, he entered it without checking and hurried me to sign all paperwork without giving me opportunity to double check. What he wants was just to push me to buy more warranty during this paperwork process. First thing after picking up my car was to correct all addresses on DMV and loan bank etc. Awful!

Very happy with my recent purchase and the entire buying process at Patriot Nissan! Janpaul specifically did a great job guiding us through the process of buying a used vehicle in a super respectful and helpful manner. We visited many dealerships and this one stood above the rest due to the fairly priced, quality vehicle and the car buying experience Janpaul provided us. In addition, every single person we met at the dealership was super warm and welcoming. Would and will recommend to anyone!!

I can only speak to the service aspect of Patriot but the times we have been in there with our 2014 Pathfinder we have been treated well. We have incurred some major costs for some pretty big repairs but Patriot has been up front with the pricing and pretty prompt with service. Always easy to get appointment.
