Has a decent waiting room once you figure out where everything is. I'd prefer more outlets and/or cubicles like the Subaru dealer in Nashua but this beats everything else in Salem and my vehicle is a Ford truck.

Salesman Mike Saltman of Salem Ford was and absolute please to deal with. No BS easy peasy and got exactly what we wanted with 0 issues. Thank you Mike and the sales team at Salem Ford ! Salem Ford Dealership is the worst I've ever been to. Nobody in the office cares about their jobs or being helpful post paperwork. Called to complain that I have gone over a week and they havent started the process to get my car ready. Tried to cancel with the manager he condescendingly said "you signed the paperwork na na na na" with laughter. Beware that when they mess anything up, they deflect and tell you "it is what it is". Go to this dealership if you want to have the headache of your life.

I own a repair business and I have brought in my customers vehicles in for warranty workBeen lied to multiple times screwed over timelines not met promised things that never happened left high and dryTried again three years later with my personal vehicle for warranty work gave them a week heads up I was dropping it off told them do not do anything to the vehicle that would disrupt me picking it up after vacation as I need it for work they promised me everything when I came home for vacation I tried to pick up my vehicle it was still not ready two days later causing me to miss work no one would take my calls or call me back I had to flip out and scream like a psycho so they would give me a rental car just to leave and not embarrass them do not go here save yourself !

I scheduled an appt to see a car on 5/16 for 5/18. On 5/18, I got there and was shocked to see the price increase by $1.5k exactly the day I was seeing it. I asked them if they would honor the price I saw it for and they said their team is always scoping on the market for pricing and adjust it accordingly which is fine but a little but suspicious when it was the exact day I looked it went up after a whole month of price drop. Then they said they would honor it if I took the deal that day. I said I am not buying right that day but I am interested. They said they can honor it through the weekend, mind you this was Thursday. So I thought about it and the next day Friday, (today) I said I'd like to buy the car cash and I could come up Sunday. They said they were closed. I said okay I can figure out Monday then. The person on the phone said they couldn't hold the car for me but if I wanted to I can call to ensure they have it in stock and I can purchase it. I said okay I'll work on getting the certified check (since they require that instead of cash) and reach out. Then a second later I get a text the staff's manager overheard and said they would only honor the price if I went to buy it that day on Friday. I said I couldn't get a certified check, drive 1 hour to close the deal, it was impossible. I said if they can honor the amount til the next week I can do it if not I'd have to pass, let me know by 2 pm since I'd have to head to the bank to get the check before end of the day. They just left me unanswered even though when I said I'm down to buy they called me immediately. Then after 2 pm I said I guess they aren't honoring the price we agreed to they said no finally. Seems like grwat staff but a really bad manager doing the money hungry decision making. I under stand this is capitalism and ya want to sell and make profit. It was more the psychology stupidity and trying to aggressively close deals that is such a turn off. "Buy today today today model" and of course seriously look at this picture of the pricing increase... i wouldn't trust their word when they change pricing based on when you show interest.

The sales managers will respond to customers.The dealership communication well through email.The sales people are very friendly.The finance personnel are the least pushy I've ever experienced.The parts counter was friendly.I look forward to doing more business with Salem Ford!

If zero stars was possible it'd still be too high of a rating for the service department. No point in having a repair appointment. Drop your truck off the night before with all the parts and then they call you an hour before your suppose to pick it up on a Friday to tell you they didn't get to it. But they're sorry. Just sorry, didn't offer any remedy other than "we can do it Monday" as if that's a remedy. Absolute garbage.

Excellent attitude in the service dept. Very smooth process. Brought my wife with another car thinking it would be a half aday . He told me 45 mins. Tops! In 45 mins. He was out in waiting rm to get me! Now that is outstanding to me! Thank you to all that helped me

I needed a 2nd FOB Key suddenly. The dealer quoted me ~$175 over the phone. When I got there they said it shouldn't be more than $200. 5 hours later the bill came to $440! OUCH! WHAT A RIPOFF.

I've been a salem ford customer for a while now and they always offer good service. My escape had a protective plate falling off. It's my only daily driver, and needed the car by 3:00 pm for business. When I pulled in, I saw Chris in the service department, explained my dilemma, and he looked and knew exactly what it was. He called over a tech and the tech took my car and put in new bolts to hold up the cover. In all, I was tied up for less than 45 minutes. A BIG THANK YOU TO CHRIS AND SALEM FORD.

Opened on time. Friendly service greeter. Did work in a reasonable time frame (as I was waiting for it). And explained everything to me at end. Best of all, no up selling.
