This is a great store, with wonderful friendly staff. Very knowledgeable with helping with rewards program. I felt cared for and welcomed. I definitely will be back!

The 1 star is not earned. The blonde pharmacy aid is rude and unprofessional. She yells at customers. Her negative attitude needs to be dealt with by Rite Aid management. Went elsewhere for my pharmacy needs. This is not Rite Aid. This is RUDE AID!!!!!

Very unprofessional, give phone number when ordering refills yet never call when there's an issue, leave you standing in line while they chat amongst themselves.

Great selection for cards, gift cards as well as vegan food options. I can stop by my local rite aid for just about anything. I prefer them over CVS or Walgreens any day of the week. Very convenient!

Needs some training in satisfying and serving disabled and elderly in the prescription department. Good selection and holiday specials on the shelves so overall I give it 4 out of 5 stars .

The pharmacy manager Steve need to be replaced. He is completely lazy and has absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I drove over an hour to get a medicine that he had in stock called ahead of time for me to get there and him tell me come tomorrow and pick it up. When I asked him to just fill the prescription as I drove all the way down here and it would only take a few minutes he said "oh you know my job" clearly he doesn't and he also doesn't know how to talk to people either. He knew I was on my way there did not mention anything about closing at 5. Rite aid should be ashamed to have someone like that working in there company let alone a pharmacy manager. Avoid at all cost. Rite aid has gone down hill. Will be reporting to the board of pharmacy and filing a complaint with riteaid.

The pharmacy is closed outside of it operating hours AGAIN! And 3 days for them to get my prescriptions filled correctly THIS MONTH. I’ve only had these prescriptions for approximately 5 years, you’d think they would get them all correct at least one month by now. Time to switch pharmacies.

The young girl working behind the counter in the pharmacy leaves much to be desired in the way of personality. Very rude and short attitude and never a smile. Called to get a fax number for their location as I need it while filling out a new Pt provider form for a telehealth appointment. She argued with me on the phone before placing me on hold and then telling me the pharmacist said they can't give out the fax number. I then asked to speak to the pharmacist and she replied, "I just asked him." Fine, I STILL want to speak to him. He then gets on the phone to tell me the Dr. Can reach out to get the fax number...Well, there's not a place on the form I'm filling out online to tell him that! Thanks for your continued rudeness EVERY time I come to your location. Switching pharmacies! sayonara! Never coming back

Everyone within the store is very nice and always greets you. Besides that, I went in today at 3pm for my doctor's prescription that has to be sent twice because rite aid didn't get it. The second time they finally got it was at 6:18 when I called. The man on the phone said I was all ready and he's going to finish it now. He didn't tell me that they decided to close now an hour earlier then intended. So my mother drove all the way to rite aid to get my prescription at 7 PM only a little after the call, to make sure they where fully done with it. To find out they decided to close an hour early and now I have to wait a whole extra day to get my prescription when I need it today, I'm terribly sick and needed my medicine. I just wish it was told that they where deciding on closing early. We would've left right there and got it, not waiting for them to finish it.
