We're very glad we chose Professional Building Services to replace the deck on our home and I highly recommend them. The office support staff is knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive to questions. And the workmanship, daily on-site timeliness, rapid project execution, and end results of our new deck was perfect. The entire experience with PBS was seamless and professional from start to finish.

Had another Trex contractor do a deck off the back of the house that did not feel solid from day one. After a couple "fixes" I got in touch with PBS. They shored up my existing deck and redid the stairs. Everything was solid as a rock from that point on. Had them back to replace a front porch to match the back deck and replace our entry door. Everything looks great and wouldn't hesitate to have them back for the next project.

We have just completed our deck project with PBS and we are beyond thrilled with the finished result. However the journey together was a '5 star' experience as well. When we first met with the team we not only had a vision -- but also the necessary permits - so it was 'go time'. In less than a month we went from hellos to an executed contract with a clear timeline of hitting a mid-June completed project. Beyond our vision to redefine how we use the property, there were recommendations from the team which were technically smarter, but also saved some budget. From our perspective our deck was massive, however they promised they would get this done in sub 8 weeks. With perfect weather for the majority of the spring and us being 'good clients' who made decisions in a timely manner the majority of the work was completed in 7 weeks. PBS ensured there were enough 'hands on deck' pun intended* to hit the deadline. Our neighbors expressed their appreciation for a smooth and respectful building process. Finally, the deck is a showstopper. Everyone has been very nosy and invited themselves over to inspect the work. I'm confident that PBS will find themselves some future projects not just at our home, but with others who see it. We've done multiple renovation projects at our primary residence and each brings plenty of anxious and scary moments. Dollars flying out the door bring weak knee moments, however in the few weekends since completion we've been able to sit and have a drink on our new deck and its amazing. I'm profoundly grateful for the PBS team who delivered big time for us. Please consider a conversation with the team. We are extremely happy with the two projects we hired Professional Building Services for. They built for us a basement studio and then a deck. Throughout both projects they were punctual, did exactly what they promised, and were very responsive to communications. We could not be happier with their design and workmanship. Dealing with this company was truly a great experience!

PBS replaced my old deck and stairs with Trex Select Decking. Joe and Trevor were always responsive to any questions I had. PBS helped with financing and permits. I used the BuilderTrend portal for most of my communications.The crew was punctual, professional and polite. This is my 2nd project with PBS and I will call on them again for the next.

We are thrilled with the above and beyond service and work provided by Professional Building Services by PMC. From our initial meeting to the contract signing, and then the actual project execution - wow - everything was done to perfection! We waited a long time to choose siding for our home and we have zero regrets in choosing Professional Building Services by PMC - they will be our first call for future projects!
I cant wait to share the finished project with everyone!

We had our 1780 barn resided first by PBS and were so impressed by the professional job they did that we had them back to insulate, reside and replace the gutters on the house. The whole team was very efficient and responsive, from taking us through the estimate of the job, answering our questions and concerns, suggesting options we had not thought of and keeping us informed as the job progressed. We are very pleased with the entire process and the end result! We would highly recommend the PBS team without reservation. Thank you Jordan, Joe and the whole PBS team!

I hired PBS to do a fairly large deck job. They were professional, courteous, and extremely accurate in the building process.
