They miss read the order and only had one of the two boxes of cat litter I ordered. On-line it had said that Arm and Hammer super scoop was unavailable but i saw it in the store (that was less expensive that what I had to buy).After all the hassle and time it took to place an order that finally said there was inventory (to get the 20% off pick-up order) one of the items was not available (I was not billed but thats not the point).

Petco in no Andover manager are horrible they have a sign in front of there dog food saying 40 percent off but when you get to the cashier it rings up reg price .cashier call nanai over final show up and said it only Ten percent off. . horrible store manager only car about them self no customers at all. Will never go back in that store for any of my business will ever got here again

I requested that the groomer trim my puppy to 1-1 1/2 inches. She shaved done to the skin and cut her whiskers off. Very disappointed. It’s been nearly two months and she still only has less than an inch of hair and no whiskers. That was our first and last time we would bring our pup there.

One of her cats is suddenly fallen seriously ill and is dangerously thin. We went to the store and hope of finding something we could get her to eat. We met a young lady with funky blue hair who helped us tremendously and was so compassionate with our situation. I wish I knew her name!

I purchased the vital care membership for $9.99 a month, apparently you have to purchase one for every species .... cat, dog, reptile... etc ... will be canceling my membership

Check the pricing online first!!!Nice pet store with lots of good options. The pricing between in-store and online (with pickup at the same store) doesnt make sense to me.After buying a fish tank in store, i checked their website to get more information on what we bought. The price online was discounted at 15%. I called the store to get clarification on the pricing and found out that the discount is applicable only if we purchased online (but pick up in the same store).It feels very unfair :(

I shopped at and had my dog groomed in the North Andover, Massachusetts store. There was dog feces on the floor of the check out area of the grooming area, and the grooming associates were made aware, and they still didn't clean it. That store was closed by the Feds for a Rodent infestation, and Rodent feces and urine on products. That's deeply disturbing considering the products I bought and had shipped from that location. The staff was obviously aware of these situations, and did nothing to correct the situation.

Cannot agree more with previous reviews about the rude staff working here. One of them is named Stephanie who works at the cashier but claims she's a manager.I went to get some vaccines for my cats and because this store had cancelled my appointment, it sent me a message apologizing and saying "show this message to the cashier to get 20% discount". However, the cashier did not know how to process the discount and ask Stephanie for help. Stephanie demanded a QR code without even looking at the message. Throughout the entire process, she spoke in an extremely condescending, dismissive, and rude manner. I would be very surprised if she's really a "manager" working there or any customer facing job. Stephanie also declared that Vetco is not Petco, and that it was none of her business. She wished she did not have to deal with anything Vetco - its business, customers, or the messages it sent out.The feeling is mutual and I'm sure Vetco won't be happy sending its customers through Petco where they would have to deal with this level of customer service and this lack of ownership.
