Store is always a COMPLETE mess and the workers don’t do anything to fix it. There are bins of trash and empty racks all over the place like they are always half way through doing something. The clothes are always trashed and no one is fixing them.

the clothes r cute but the employees r always on facetime/calling people while working (odd) and there’s always bins of clothes everywhere. actually, there’s just clothes everywhere in general. the store is super dirty unfortunately

This place sux The most incredibly rude woman that appeared to be what you call a manager addition to that only one other person existed working at the store not such a rude woman incredibly stupid for the job she has to do I did feel bad the so-called management was being rude to her as well..,.... this was on Saturday evening it's a shame definitely ruins the whole atmosphere and wanting to purchase overpriced clothing which I left nearly $300 worth clothing at the register

today my family, and I went to PacSun to go back to school shopping, and when we got there, there was one worker who kept staring at us and giving us weird looks, I have very bad anxiety when it comes to shopping so I was feeling anxious but when I asked for fitting room, she yelled at me and was telling me that it was going to be 10 minutes. It ended up turning out to be like 20-30 minutes waiting and then when I finally got a fitting room I tried everything on and nothing fit me so I put the stuff back and my sister was also trying stuff on and so I went to go see her Stuff, that meant that I was going into her fitting room. She tried on everything and showed me until a lady knocked on the door yelling is there two of you in there? It made me feel very uncomfortable and then she told me that I needed to get out and that I was not allowed in there with her. i can't handle being yelled at, it made me extremely anxious, She was practically yelling at me and I almost started crying. I left the store and had an anxiety attack in the next store, because I felt like I was doing everything wrong. She had long, dark brown hair and crappy eyebrows. I just hope that no one else has to put up with her because I am beyond disgusted right now.

I was absolutely disgusted Coming into this store the people that work here are absolutely unprofessional little kids that need adult supervision. Very unintelligent and rude and need to learn customer respect. The entire store needs to be fired

Honestly the clothes are over priced and when I bought my clothes the ink rubbed off on me and turned me grey. Beware

The staff was rude. If you come 30mn before the store close they will give u an attitude when you walk in.

Terrible service they have clothes on the table buy one get one free and they are not on sale. Terrible and the person in charge has no people skills.

Girl with the smirk behind the register stinks and the corporate office who should help you get a refund when the sales associate is sassy then you explain yourself a million times. No customer service number just chatters who you repeat yourself with. Just disgraceful
