We just finished our new kitchen with Norfolk Kitchen & Bath in Salem, NH and it was a great experience! From our first design consultation through the installation process, Jennifer was with us throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, open communication, and design ideas were much appreciated throughout the process. Our kitchen was in serious need of a full remodel and the previous layout and design was not practical and did not provide great space for hosting friends and family. Jennifer designed an amazing new kitchen that completely transformed our first floor. She provided us with a design that truly made the kitchen the heart and center of our home. We couldn't be more thrilled with our new kitchen and look forward to working with Norfolk Kitchen & Bath in Salem and Jennifer for future projects!

I went to alot of cabinet suppliers around Salem, NH and online until I found Julie Blake at Norfolk Kitchen & Bath. Not only did she quote me the best price of the places I shopped, but she also helped me tweak my kitchen design. I was on a tight schedule trying to get my kitchen renovated before my sons graduation party. Julie was very helpful, she followed up with the factory and the shipping department to ensure that my cabinets were delivered on time. She also worked with the countertop company and got me a great price and on time delivery on my countertops.

I worked with Jennifer who helped me design the perfect kitchen. She has amazing design taste and a wonderful sense of style. She asked the right questions to understand what I wanted and presented a few ideas to help focus me. Throughout my kitchen remodel she was attentive and always available. Working with her and Norfolk was a great experience and I would I recommend them to everyone!

From the very start of requesting a consultation date on line to the City signing off our building permits, our experience was top notch! We were assigned Brandon as our design consultant. Brandon was fantastic with communication, patience and knowledge. Jeff A was our Project Manager and he kept all promises made and completed each task on time. Our cabinet installers were Marty and Tyler. These two are WORKERS! Professional installation and great personalities to boot! I am actually a little sad I will not see all these individuals on a regular basis now that our GORGEOUS kitchen is complete. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Norfolk Kitchen and Bath!

Just finished my kitchen with Tracy from the Salem branch. Tracy was amazing to work with. Awesome communication and super fast response to questions. She was able to modify the design I was looking for and make it fit into the area I had to work with. Highly recommend Tracy for your kitchen and bath upgrade.

We purchased a home built two years ago from the original owner in Wells, ME. Norfolk Kitchen and Bath in Salem were the cabinet suppliers for the job. Two weeks after moving in we realized that one of the upper end cabinet doors was visibly warped and made a loud noise when opening and closing.
We reached out for help in replacing the door.
After 4 months of weekly calls we were finally able to pick up the door. When we got it home it was the wrong color. There is a happy ending though. Paula Foley from NK&B was amazing. She had a new cabinet sent to our home along with a touch up kit for our cabinets. The cabinet door is installed and looks great. Thank you Paula and NK& B for standing behind your products and providing exceptional customer support.

I worked with Shayna (the designer) on a new vanity and countertop for my bathroom. She was excellent-she managed the whole process efficiently and responded quickly to my questions/concerns. They met the timelines established for delivery and installation with no surprises or issues. Lee and Tyler did a very good job installing my vanity. I would use Norfolk again for any future projects.

Shayna worked with me in the design and initial phases. She was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with all decisions throughout process, even coming out to my house and taping out exact measurements of new cabinets to help visualize! Lee and Tyler helped with install and were also very professional, personal, and good at their job. They took the time to explain various things to me and paid great attention to detail. When the time arrived for us to remodel our kitchen, we walked into Norfolk with a bit of uneasiness. The designer that was assigned to us, Jen Charbonneau, eased our fears and took on a project that alot of people turned down. She was able to fullfill my wish list for our dream kitchen. During the whole process, Jen was very professional, patient, respectful and made the process as smooth as possible. She designed a beautiful space and we cant wait for it to be finished! We had water damage that destroyed our pantry cabinets. As an unexpected expense we wanted to replace the cabinets as reasonably priced as possible. Traci was aware of the budget we had, and she worked hard creating options that would fit our needs. In the end she came up with a plan that would work but we decided to increase our budget and rebuild the pantry the way we really wanted to. Without skipping a beat Traci came up with a pantry we are very happy with. What impressed us with Traci and Norfolk is the amount of time they will spend on satisfying a customer no matter the size of the job.Service: Kitchen design
