Very caring and friendly, the doctor was extremely nice and caring the nurses and the receptionists were very kind as well we just transferred from another hospital and we are extremely happy ? ??

The reviews here make this sound like a great place to get your pets treated. To all of you who are current clients there, congratulations. To those of you like me who are seeking an area vet for the first time, don't bother here. I called them several times (never got a live human), left messages with a phone number, never got a return call. I filled out the online forms they request, where a team member would get back to me soon; that never happened either. While they may take great care of their current clients, they seem to have no interest in getting new ones!

We have a new rescue pup, and he is a pretty reactive pup, and can be aggressive with this reactive behavior. We had our first appointment, and they were beyond amazing. They were able to approach our pup with such confidence and patience with him. In no time, they were able to give him his shots and draw blood, all without even having to put a muzzle on him. They are the best, and so friendly, and took time to answer all of our questions. I am so thankful we chose them. I seriously can't say enough about them

Dr Martin has been our Veterinarian for about 5 years. He has always taken such good care of our pup. As a consumer, the expectation when you see a medical provider is that you will receive excellent care with compassion and intelligence but Dr Martin and all his staff go above and beyond and exceed this expectation. The whole experience is always so amazing from the front office staff, clinical staff, and of course Dr Martin. Then- we always get a follow up phone call the next day just to ask how she is doing! Very Unique and so appreciated!

My dog has never been muzzled but they did that to her. Now she is terrified of going to the vet. I wish I never took her there. It is also insanely expensive. Never going back.

I have 4 Coton de tulears and dr Martin and the entire staff have been so compassionate and professional ,happy to have been with them for 17yrs.

Dr Martin and most of the staff, especially the girls at the front desk and the surgical tech, Hayley, are wonderful! I've trusted them with my animals for about 20 years. There are some techs who are unprofessional and downright nasty, especially the one with the long, grayish hair but Dr Martin's demeanor, knowledge and caring are second to none.

Went with my friend and her Lab (she behaves for me better ?) last week, as always, wonderful staff. Compassionate as well, several years ago, my daughter has military related traumatic brain injury and a Service Dog. She came over to visit me and our dogs were just playing and a tragic accident happened, we rushed Snow to Main Street, doing mouth to snout and compressions ... Sadly, Snow had broken his neck and passed. They cremated him, with an urn, and 10 paw prints for us. When I tried to pay them, they refused to take any payment from us, wonderful Veterinary Hospital
