The assistant showroom manager, Hallie C., went above and beyond to help me with a (very messy) return order. She took her time, she was thorough, and respectful. She demonstrated the best customer service I have experienced in years (with any company). Hallie’s positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for me is greatly appreciated. HIGHLY recommend going to the showroom to purchase your lovesac if you are planning to buy. Hallie and her team we so helpful and efficient. When I had concerns about my order, Hallie was very responsive and confident in the process of delivery. I absolutely love my sactional, although the price is high, the quality is better than any I have experienced and it looks fantastic in my living room. I genuinely don't think we will buy another couch again.

Everyone at the Rockingham store was so friendly and helpful! Hallie was truly above and beyond and made sure we knew what would work best for us and answered every question we had while being so pleasant and outgoing. She also made ordering a breeze! We are stoked for our new couch and love knowing that we will be able to add on to it if we’d like to. Can’t recommend the Rockingham store enough for all your Lovesac needs!

We ordered our Lovesac at location in Rockingham mall. We visited twice before purchasing. Rick was very patient knowledgeable and excellent aditude. Delivery came early except three covers were back ordered. Which didn't take long to come. We had a little trouble assembling it. Some covers were hard to put on when you suffer from arthritis. Took two days. Hands were sore but completed it. Of course we bought a pretty big one. Video shows completed couch. We are very happy with our Lovesac. Very comfortable and changeable. We will enjoy for many years. Thank you to Rick.

We had visited the Salem New Hampshire location. Rick had help us pick our sactional. We received our sactional earlier than expected. Hallie and Rick were super easy to work with and made our purchase seamless.
