Good, honest mechanics are hard to find. Mission accomplished when you pull in here, these guys are great from the customer service to the quality work. They obviously killed it with the name. I won't go anywhere else.

My dad was always my mechanic, so when he got sick with in December it was terrifying realizing I needed to find a mechanic that wouldn't rake me over the coals and take advance considering I am a young female.
In February I reached out and got rear breaks and a tie rod fixed, my father who was at the beginning stages of being bed bound was happy with the cost and service, with that stamp of approval I knew I had a place to bring me car too.
In April my dad passed away, and yesterday my car broke down; after the initial mental break down of not being able to call my dad to fix it I was able to use his reader to get the codes and called.
I drove in, sat for a few and the part was replaced. Being able to go get my car taken care of without fear of something else needing to be replaced is the best feeling. Them being close to home is an added bonus.
Thank you for being a place I can go to get my car fixed that my dad would have approved of!

My truck is my livelihood it is what puts food on my table and a roof over my head so I trust no one more than live free and drive to take care of my truck. They handle all the maintenance and accessories to my truck. They always take care of my truck as if it was their own.

Maybe pigs do fly, there are cold days in hell, and honest mechanics do exist! I heard of these guys at Live Free and Drive auto repair in Salem NH through a friend of mine. I needed a good, yet HONEST mechanic since the one mechanic I used had retired.
I brought my wife’s GMC to Live Free and Drive because of a noise coming from the wheels. Couldn’t tell if it was the front, the rear, left or right. The guys at Live Free and Drive looked it over and it turned out to be a wheel bearing. Not a cheap fix, but it had to be done. That was April of last year. Fast forward to today. After dropping my wife’s truck off last night because we were hearing that same noise again, I call this morning to get an update on the situation. Turns out that not only was it the same problem, it was the same wheel. They informed me that not only was the part covered under warranty, but so was the labor. They could have told me it was the other wheel making the noise, and still charged me. They could have never mentioned a warranty since I was not expecting one anyway. The point is, they could have charged me for the work they did today, and I wouldn’t have second guessed a thing about it. Instead, I got some much needed great news. Everything was covered and it didn’t cost me one red cent. It’s a miracle to find one honest mechanic, but 3 or 4 at the same company is unheard of! They have a customer for life, as well as a recommendation from me any time someone needs a mechanic! Anyone who knows me understands what a huge deal that is. I NEVER put my word on something unless I’m sure about it. I’m sure about these guys.

My daughter’s car had an issue with the electric sliding door that I thought only the dealer could handle, but Live Free and Drive did the work on time and for exactly the quoted price. This involved some serious disassembly of the vehicle to access and replace the sliding door motor, but when they were done the car looked and performed like new. It’s so great to have talented mechanics you can trust.
