I went down to get a new storage unit, returning customer as well so I know how long and process goes. Jason was working and he did everything and more in half the time it would usually take. Honestly solid guy and knows every in and out with facts. ???

I have recently rented a storage unit at Life Storage in Salem, NH. I had the pleasure of meeting with Jodie today to ask a few questions. She was very helpful and very professional, not to mention, a nice person also. It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone associated with this organization. I highly recommend that if anyone has the opportunity, they should consider this organization.

The storage unit wasn’t swept and was dirty upon arrival. The weather stripping was completely worn and nonfunctional. Therefore I asked the office to kindly replace the weather stripping twice. Even completed the required “authorization of entry” documentation for the company to access the unit to replace the stripping back in May. Checked on the unit today, months later (August), and no new stripping was installed. Items closest to the door covered in pollen and debris. Not to mention the property is old and the unit doors are rusty. The office is always closed. Avoid this location entirely.

They do not deserve a one star. I had a horrible experience booking with the Life Storage customer service. I was fortunate enough to have been helped by Extra Space Storage in a Salem Nh. Who I recommend to use for your storage needs.

I had such an easy, breezy experience getting ready to move into my storage unit. The process was so quick and the space was so clean. I’m so happy I can just drive up to the unit and not have to go through an elevator or walk long hallways. Shauna did such a great job walking me through all of the precautions, procederes and the application. Looking forwards to working with Life Storage!

Just got home after working with Shauna and Bill specific to storing my car for the winter. They are both so knowledgeable and personable.
