The staff was very helpful and friendly. When something was priced incorrectly they fixed it for me without hesitation. The store is nicely kept as well.

We had a horrible experience. Went to return some jackets that had some stitching coming off. Lady working, said no problem and said she needed the managers permission. He came over and said "no returns, because the items were from an outlet and not "the llbean store". We left, went to another llbean and had no problems. Items were returned with no hassle at all.
This store manager was not friendly at all. He didn't want to deal with us, and turned us around quickly. I wish I would have got his name. He shouldn't work there, he makes llbean look awful. I can only imagine who else he has caused to not buy items due to his demeanor.

Love this store. You can find everything you could possibly need for camping and hiking. Also, great casual wear in all sizes. Well stocked.spotless, organized. Staff , very friendly and helpful.

I like L.L. Bean and hoped to purchase a new winter jacket their that day. Although they offered a good selection, many of which I would have taken in a heartbeat, sticker shock took over when I priced jackets I liked. I know the main store charges more for their items, but believing that this was one of their markdown outlets, I did expect better prices. I'll check out their other stores, and I know I'll get an L.L. Bean winter jacket for this year.
