Many items not priced forcing you to download their app. Sales associate refusing to get prices for items. No price check in store. I felt discriminated.

So Salem NH store likes to sell used items. I put my sunglasses on rack when trying on a piece of clothing then forgot about them. Called store 2 times in the days following & was told not found. Then I go in to shop a few weeks later & find my sunglasses on the rack with the others for sale. Mind you they we're in good condition & easily sellable but I for one don't want to be buying used glasses.

My recent visit to Khols in Salem NH left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I encountered incredibly rude behavior from one of the cashiers, and when I attempted to address the issue with manager, it only escalated further. It's evident why their customer service is notoriously poor. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone seeking respectful treatment or a pleasant shopping experience.
