Car wash bay 3 had a glitch. Told the staff via their phone number and they were super friendly and accommodating. Fixed the problem asap and upgraded my car wash for the inconvenience. Great guy I spoke to. Will be going back.

GREAT wash and customer service. I bought an ultimate wash and took advantage of the discount on buying multiple washes, but I made an error and my code didn’t work. I called the phone number they gave on the sign out front and Bobby answered and took care of me right away. So, 5 stars and repeat business!

Drove thru on Sunday with my mother in law, who is widowed, she actually asked us to drive through the carwash with her before she goes there by herself (the steps involved, using the debit card, etc). Her husband had done the carwash and car maintenance throughout their marriage, so she’s learning all this in her 80s. I digress.
No problems with the carwash itself. However I felt very old indeed when I was completely shocked by the premium wash cost of 51 BUCKS! I falsely assumed the price would align with a carwash that I had used myself less than a month ago in Methuen, same exact machine washing the car, but it was 20 for the cheapest wash and a premium price of thirty or 35 dollars. I felt like this fifty dollar price is way out of proportion to the same service that can be found less than a mile away. Regardless of package pricing, there’s plenty of people who know they will only use that carwash one time. Even reading these reviews one sees that owners can change, management changes, etc. I’ve had many experiences with subscription and prepay packages- enough to know the true value, and prefer one time purchases.

Been using the wash for many years, as nice as it is for the owners to see long lines, there is just no way to turn around and get after you finish drying your car. If the machine could do a better job drying the car you could just drive away I end up going mostly at off hours to avoid the crowds

Loved it when it was Kamals. Last night I bought my first wash pack after it was bought and changed to high tide. The receipt said I paid for 4, balance was 3. The screen flashed "waiting for wash" then it went to the main screen and a quick flash of "a wash was not included in your gift card purchase, please purchase for a wash" so I scanned my gift card, thinking it didn't take it but then it said my balance was 2 :( high tide stole a wash from me!! Kamal would never. Would not purchase wash packs again. I was using the left-most car wash port and terminal...

So much better under prior owners. The touch free pressure is reduced and I need two car washes to be as clean as before. Price went up $4.00 from 2023. Been a customer for 7 years, will look elsewhere.

Have been a customer of this car wash for many years, unfortunately, with the new owners, you have to figure that greed will eventually kick in, well, it just did... Bought a 5 Value washpack just last month for $29, price is now $39 for 4 washs, I could see raising the price because of maybe inflation because that's what the excuse is everywhere you go, but to raise the price and take away a wash on the washpack?... you obviously don't appreciate your customers like the old owners did. Those were great people, a great family that cared about their customers... the new owners, it's all about the money. I'll give two stars because the machines still do a decent job at cleaning your car and you can thank the old owner for that as well. ?
