Habib was fabulous! I had been given an estimate from Macy’s that said my Movado repair needed both face replaced and timing mechanism fixed, for more than the cost of the watch! Habib was thorough and honest, that the timing mechanism was fine and the repair only cost 1/3rd of what Macys tried to charge me. Thank you so much to Habib and the Jewelry Doctor!

My go to store for special Jewelry treat, and watch repairs.. very professional services! An amazing craftsman, I trusted him with my grandmother diamond ring and the results were simply astonishing, the store also has very unique jewelry pieces not to miss! highly recommended!

I have brought so many watches to the Jewelry Doctor and I am always happy with their service, both with watch repair and with customer interactions. They are a great group of people and no matter who assists me when I bring a watch in, I am always treated with courtesy and respect. Their prices are always fair and competitive. I highly recommend them for watch repair, and they also have great jewelry for sale!

Worst place brought two watches and he messed up both of the watches. The guy is extremely rude and has no care for your jewelry. Don’t bring your stuff to get fix there.

Went to get my girlfriend’s earrings fixed after Pandora told me they couldn’t repair them because they were out of the one year warranty by two days so they recommended this guy. He was great and showed me that the broken earring wasn’t actually broken, and I just had to close it slower. He was clearly knowledgeable about all types of jewelry and I will definitely be back in the future if need be!

An amazing craftsman who hand-made my wedding band. He had a variety of beautiful diamonds that were perfect for my wife’s engagement ring. He has a ton of knowledge about jewelry. A hidden gem right in the Rockingham mall!

I had my ring sized and cleaned though I would have to leave it for a week or so like other places asked how long it would be and he said come back in 30 minutes I was floored came back in 30and the ring was done beautiful $80 good deal for getting it done right away will be having more of my jewelry repaired soon thanks

I went to have a silver bracelet bent back into shape and was quoted $40. Absolutely outrageous. This is at most a $20 repair anywhere else. I know people need to get paid for their craft but the guy was trying to pull a fast one. I will never go back here.
