I had stopped in to get my phone screen repaired today and had a bad experience. Seems like a very shady place. They charged me $375 to replace my screen on my Samsung phone and then wanted to sell me a screen protector. I walked back to my car and realized my stylish (pen) was not in my phone. He thought I had come in without one and out of know where some guy came from the second floor and handed me one. I left the store again, and once I got back to my vehicle I realized my phone didn't work. I was missing my Sim card. Went back to the store and complained again." Boom" 5 min later that same dude came from the second floor again and had my Sim card. What they were doing with my card is another mystery. I would not recommend anyone to this place.

Wonderful and amazing service...!!!!!! Prompt response was provided and great quality of service and products. Fixed my phone which was cracked and they made it like brand new when I received it back, wherein Apple Store was not ready to fix my phone and wanted to sell me a new one. Very happy with the service Raj provided. The screen protectors work great. Dropped the phone several times and it saves my phone screen from breaking and I would replace the glass screen protector under warranty. The best place to trust on.

First: the number on the rockingham mall website is not correct. It provides a number to location that is in California.Second: I was quoted a price for an iPhone SE, after the battery was replaced they told me it was an SE2 with a different price.Third: The home button no longer works on the phone. They quoted me $110 to now replace the screen to make the home button work again.Battery seems better at least.

Was quick to diagnose problem (water damage) and very prompt to fix the problem. Was told that it would take about 30 minutes to fix it. The phone was fixed before said time. I had called a few other places that had diagnostics starting at $95 and up, they didn’t charge anything and came with a one year warranty.

Horrible experience. They took almost three hours to “fix” the back glass of my phone. I knew something was off right away as the back crackled when any pressure was put upon it after their “fix” they charged me $250 dollars and four days later when removing the case to put on a new on the back just shattered. Took the phone to a more reputable place and the tech showed us that this company had used double sided tape in order to secure the new glass. There was also not paper over the processed for some reason? When we called and asked why on earth anyone would use double sided tape on a IPHONE is beyond us but the man who did the first “repair” even came right out and said “yeah tape is a better way to do it……. Bro, WHAT! Take notice of all the positive reviews. These are people mostly employed by this horrible company to leave false positive reviews. Scam scam scam company that is refusing to refund the money. That’s ok though we are in fact getting it back another way :) don’t trust them. This was so far beyond how nasty I thought a company could be. Run away from them and go somewhere with reputable reviews but people who probably aren’t family members of the company

BEWARE! My daughter had her back of IPhone 13 Pro Max “ fixed” .She went to take the case off and the back screen shattered!Her husband brought to a reputable local repair company and the back was put together with 2 sided tape and note paper ? When I called - they stated this was how they “ fixed phones “. $250 .Tempted to the BB as well

Mid December i came to Apple for a cracked screen replacement. 6 hour wait due to Holiday, i entered queue and wandered out the door into the mall and directly in front of the Apple store was the ifixphones quiosk so i inquired. The gentleman immediately started repair for $70 less than Apple, including a 1 year warranty. So impressed by the speed, seeming quality, and service i also purchased a better case to protect the phone, as well as putting on a screen protector when i got home.It’s now January 20th. As you see there are zero signs of impact on glass or housing, screen is lifting at bottom and the screen is black and tiled, further, Apple store repair looked and found the screen ifixphones installed had delaminated. To the point this is useless as a phone.I returned to ifix phones and asked what could be done and the same guy that ‘fixed’ the phone last time refused any sort of repair either free (as per his implied warranty) or even discounted. HIGHLY recommend staying away, unless you are willing to accept you are buying with ZERO warranty.

They were amazing. My entire phone screen was cracked and there was an internal crack with a bunch of colored lines through the screen. And after 20 minutes, the phone was brand new.

DONT GO THERE, workers there doesn't car about customers, they got their own prices they made up, and over charges you, and when it's mess up they keep on blaming you or someone else !!! Wasted 200$ here

Wow Just wow look listen am not just typing this review because i had a great experience Just Wow i walked in to the place , just wanted ask a price and get some information about my broken screen these guys are over limit perceft best customer service showed and explained every littel of details of the issue not just convinced watch every step of the process of fixing my phone . My phone is like brand new maybe better i never know that are still business like this gets the job done %100 Thank you so much . Not for me i would and did recommen you guys to everyone i know .. thank you again

This was the easiest best experience to fix my cracked phone. I checked several other places and they did not have the back piece I needed and Rosh does it in half the time. Super professional and thorough. Amazing customer service!
