As someone who's been going to this Home Depot for 20 years since it opened very disappointed going in there this morning. Needed kitchen cabinets and they have more Halloween decorations then available cabinets. What a shame. Needed white vinyl toe kick as well. When I asked the Person in the aisle he said to go to somebody else. I walked out empty-handed. I had already been disenfranchised about how they treat veterans anyways so this was just another reason not to return. Shame on the store manager

I had an issue with a large order that was shipped from this store. It was the wrong item (an upgrade) but wouldn't start. After going back and forth with multiple customer service agents, I was essentially told there was nothing to be done. I had given up and advised they lost a customer for life. Then my faith was restored by the store manager Anthony who called and advised I would be able to keep the item after I was able to get it started. He has renewed my faith in Home Depot and I will continue to shop there as long as they end up doing right. Anthony did right by this customer and I applaud his service.

Never will I shop at Home Depot again . They have made me a Lowe's customer for life. They promote curb side pickup but don't tell you that you can't pick up for 4 days. When I complained on day #2 they connected me to the store manager who told me if I didn't like it basically it was too bad offered no apologies and told me it would be several more days. It was a very small order that was a few bags of compost and 3 two by twelves. I'll be sure to let everyone know.

Store is always clean. Products easy to find. Employees are always friendly and eager to help. I prefer myself to shop there over a certain “blue” store close by. Pricing is also fair.

I just bought a very expensive refrigerator at Home Depot and now it’s on sale. They refuse to give me a price adjustment. When I approached the manager about this she walked away from me. I will never buy anything from them again!!!

I went to the Salem, NH store this week looking for pendant lights for my kitchen. Found what I was looking for, but there was only 1 box of the housing for the light on the shelf. I went to the customer service area to see if they had any more in the store. They now have a Disneyland type set up for customer service...(There was no one in line) There were 2 women working customer service and neither of them had any customers. I walked to the first woman, but her phone started ringing, so I bypassed her and went to the next woman. She actually told me that I couldn't just walk up to her and had to WAIT for her to call me over. She actually told me to go back to the beginning and wait .......Are you kidding me? Was this some kind of power trip for her? She was doing NOTHING, and had no customers. I almost called for a manager, but really just wanted to get the hell out of that store. WAIT for what exactly.....her job is customer service, right? She was not friendly and had a major attitude because I had the audacity to ask for customer service.........I will go to Lowes from now on. (In all fairness, the gentleman that she called from the lighting department was wonderful, and a great help)

I went in to the HD in Salem this evening to order pellets. It was a confusing order as we were splitting the bundle deal with another couple. I can’t say enough great things about Candace at the service desk! She went above and beyond to help me. She was patient and took time to make sure the order was right. She deserves a raise!!!!!

I had to return the pressure washer I bought as a piece fell off while I was using it. I kept putting it off and by the time I got it down there it had been 35 days since I had purchased it. I was told the return policy on gas equipment was 30 days. Now I am kicking myself for not getting down there sooner. The return customer service person then said she would ask a manager. The manager approved the return and I was able to get another pressure washer. I was happy that Cindy took the initiative to contact a manager and I remain a loyal HD customer

Never again! I bought a refrigerator from home depot, the first time they tried to deliver it I got a voicemail saying the driver got lost and I had to reschedule a delivery. The second time the truck breaks down, the third AND fourth time they try to deliver me a damaged refrigerator. Every single time they attempted a delivery I had to make sure I was home during their four hour window. I called the store manager who said he would move this along to the escalation team for a quick resolution and follow up. No resolution of any type or follow up occurred. The customer service in this place is horrendous. Save yourself the hassle and go to Lowe's.

My experience with Malcom was beyond what I had expected!. Truth be told.... I had gone to Lowes to get windows for our house. The man was Ok at best..far from friendly just giving my BF a price saying there was a 15% discount on the windows. I told my BF lets check out Home Depot.... I have both credit cards. That man could not at Lowes could not have cared less! His desk and chairs all around him were FILTYH with dust and debris. Truthfully, his sucked! You really think when I going to spend 5 thousand dollars I want to sit in filth?? And that is the absolute TRUTH! Malcom, at Home Depot, was/is amazing! He spent his devoted time with me showing me the different pricing for my needs. I can not say enough about this man!! Oh by the way I am a female that KNEW jack s*** about windows! Malcom spent his time with me going thru every window. Making sure I got the best for my money. Not only that, making sure I got a 15% discount for the holiday weekend plus.. a discount for using my Pro card and then... a 24 month plan free from interest!! How can you best that!! What is wrong with the managers at this store? They allow the associates to run the show. Just TRY to get someone out in garden to help you. The ladies that work out there ignore the customers and pretend they can't hear us. God forbid someone needs help. The only person that ever helps anyone is the flower vendor that brings the annuals. She drops what she's doing to help a customer.

Extremely disappointed by their service...we were going to get our entire home completed with blinds they messed up and lost our order so we did not get locked into the lower pricing and then when the man told us that he was going to try to get us a better pricing apparently there was nothing they could do. Horrible horrible service I advise you to run far away from here if you plan on doing any sort of window treatments...and aside from this bad experience we had to make two one and 1/2 our trips to Home Depot all because they lost our order and then they still weren't able to help us...we will most certainly not be going through Home Depot they just lost a very loyal customer.
