I pay for the FYE monthly membership. Yet I go the 1 time a week I'm able and the store isn't open even an hour after opening time.... some seriously lazy employees.

Don’t join the “rewards program” cuz they don’t tell you it’s 11.99 a month and acts like it’s free, then u have to wait 72 hours to cancel. Shame on you guys.

Let me preface my review by stating I’m not one who is nostalgic for FYE’s past although I did grow up a customer of their arcade and Used Movie/Music stores, and I do adore the current product carried by FYE, but the price points are easily 30% above MSRP in many cases and their selection seems too mimicking of several other stores in the same mall but at significantly worse prices. Customer service was non existent. I didn’t know who the employees were and no one said hello. Very forgettable experience.

My kids were disappointed that they didn't have a lot of videos. I tried to explain that online streaming is popular. I noticed a decent selection of vinyl records. My friend, she liked searching for cat ? magnets in the large assortment they had. She signed up for the membership where you get discounts on purchases.A lot of Funko figures and yes, Baby Yoda/Grogu.The FYE in Newington, NH is still our favorite.

It was ok simply because most of their products didn't appeal to me. It seems that 95% of their customers are teenagers. Also, the fact that the sales girl kept looking at me as if I was going to steal something from the store didn't help with the review. I did approach and started a conversation with her just to let her know there was no reason for concern.
