I've dealt with Fixtures mainly through Chris and they are great to deal with. I have sent clients of mine to them and they've given great feed back. They get back to you quickly when you call which is unique these days. They have fair pricing and quality products. I highly recommend them.

Final Update: 3/18/2022Tl;Dr - I do not recommend working with this company. They have been unable to meet deadline expectations that they set for us and were significantly delayed in their ability to deliver the products we ordered.On December 7, 2021 we ordered multiple pieces of furniture for our bathroom renovation that included a double vanity and a linen tower. We purchased from Fixtures Etc because they told us to expect delivery of our products within 6 to 8 weeks of purchase which would work out perfectly for the timing we needed to keep our bathroom renovation on track. The payment we made was for 100% of the purchase price.On February 23, 2022 (11 weeks after purchase) we were called and told to expect delivery that week. Unfortunately shortly after, it was discovered that the wrong product was shipped and what we had ordered was still sitting in the distribution center across the country. Fixtures Etc let us know that they would figure out the issue and get back to us.Over the next 2 weeks (so far), we have continued to call Fixtures Etc for updates and have been told that the delivery "says it's expected for delivery today" multiple days in a row.On March 7, 2022 (~12 weeks after purchase), we called in again and were told to expect delivery that day. The team would plan to follow up with us to let us know as soon as they received the products (that didn't happen).On March 8, 2022, we called in again and were told more of the same. When I let the representative know that this delay is a serious cause of frustration, it didn't seem that he cared and only offered to provide a tracking number, so that I may call the shipping company to seek resolution myself.On March 9, 2022, we finally received the call that the order was ready for pickup. When we picked up the order, we were given a lackluster apology that consisted of "sorry they messed up the order" which didn't even come across as genuine.During this entire process, the team at Fixtures Etc have not offered any attempt to make this right. When speaking on the phone, we have been met with apathy and a lack of understanding for the situation that has been created by not delivering on their timeline. In 2022, your money and time would be better spent with a company that cares about your business, sticks to their promises, and is willing to fix errors when they happen in a timely manner.

This was the fourth and final store that we looked in to renovate 4 bathrooms. The showroom has numerous beautiful displays and excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to work with Our tight time frame and were very responsive to calls and emails. I would definitely use this store again! Thank you for being so patient and helpful!

Why go anywhere else? Three years ago, Janet and I bought all our fixtures here. Every item was perfect for our needs. Moreover, Chris, our sales person was very easy to work with, offering great advice. We're back! We need now to buy an overhead heater-fan-vent combination. The moment Tom answered the phone it was very clear he recalled exactly who I was. Amazing! How's that for customer service?I left the dimensions of the room for the heater with Tom saying "I'll research what we have and call you back with my recommendation(s)" I have little doubt that as soon as I end writing this review that my cell will ring.Jeff GBeverly, MA

Worked with Tom in designing my new construction kitchen. Tom went over the top in his customer service, every step of the way. And was very conscientious of my budget. He was responsive start to finish and followed up after the final install. Tom made sure that I loved my kitchen! It is glorious and I’m so happy! Now I’m recommending Fixtures Etc. to my mother, who is renovating her kitchen.

Extremely disappointed after being excited to visit this place. We are in the process of a complete bathroom gut and remodel and were fully prepared to spend good money on good quality. We were made to feel as though we were an inconvenience and both gentlemen there offered little to no help from the moment we walked in the door. Other than an incessant pen clicking. Maybe it was because we walked in with baseball hats and t-shirts but nonetheless we were ready. I had pictures and questions ready but after the way we were made to feel, we turned around and walked out. Bringing our business elsewhere.

I came in for the first time this week and received 5 star customer service. Nobody in there knew me but I was made to feel valued and appreciated. The products selection and quality is very good and the prices seemed fair and reasonable. I was in a bit of a jam and they really made an extra errort to help me out. I will definitely be back if I need anything else.

My sister and I stopped in to the store today. She is renovating her kitchen and wants a step above the cabinets sold at the big box stores. What beautiful cabinets and fixtures! Unfortunately, we were treated as if we were unwanted guests. My sister fell in love with a kitchen display. A man asked if he could help us and when we replied to ask him for a rough price range he said he had no idea because he only worked on bathrooms. He suggested that we return on Tuesday to work with the kitchen designer Cindy. But my sister works weekdays and we were already there, and we just wanted to know if her $15k budget was in the ballpark for their stuff. We insisted that he find someone who could help us. The person he found gave us a massive run-around and also suggested that we return on Tuesday. I could go on and on! We felt so insulted! We weren't dressed like bums, we weren't acting like bums...but apparently our money wasn't green enough.
