Horrible customer service. Guy with rainbow dreads just looked at us while we entered playing on his phone. Heavy set lady scanned the shoes we wanted and went back to the cashier. Waited 10 minutes asked her what's taking so long. She said they grabbing all the shoes. After another 15 minutes of no help we got out of there and went to foot locker for the purchase. Owner needs to find better employees before they run it to the ground

Embarrassing place tbh. The first time I was there one of the female staff ( she’s there frequently) had an attitude and stank face at me the entire time she rang me up.FOR NO REASON I JUST wanna buy my shoes and be out. I had an exchange the very NEXT day because the size was incorrect for my feet and the same lady was there and only wanted to make a point about being right about trying my shoe on. She was incredibly rude to other customers as well.

Very rude customer service, super slow, and on top I asked for a pair of shoes that were in display, they took almost 40 mins to come back outside and told me they misplaced the shoes. Made me wait for nothing. I would not recommend this place.

Tried buying a pair of shoes waited over fifteen minutes for them to find the right size when I got the box there was only one shoe in side was told that they would give me the second one at the registers weird, once I got to the register waited another 20 minutes while they tried to find the show to only be told that they lost it and they had no more in that size

I’m giving it 3 stars because I was able to find the shoes I wanted, but the costumer service was just terrible; it’s pretty obvious that the employees at this store don’t want to work at all! I asked a guy for a size he was clearly annoyed by my request, then he brought the display shoe without saying it was the only pair left or anything; then I asked a girl if they had any more sizes left and she was also annoyed and basically refused to go look in the back for the size saying “if that what he gave you then that’s what we have” wow thank you so much for the doing me the favor of selling me shoes! Is not like I’m getting something for free so I have to feel like I’m begging all the employees for some kind of help. I’m not sure if they were annoyed because it was Sunday afternoon or if they are like this everyday of the week. Next time I will pick a different location.

I was in the store when the employees asked everyone to exit so they could go on break for 30 mins. So I went and had some food as well and came back after 30 mins. The employees left me standing out there for another 30 mins. The entire time people keep asking when they're opening back up. Some people just need to mow lawns or something
