Cannot get an answer as to where my $1100.00 medication is? No one returns calls and keep sending emails of “did you find it yet.” You can’t find what you never got. The box is clearly marked Medication!
Make you wonder did the driver take a pic than take package home?? Anyway still out $1100.00 and no answers

The experience and customer service is Top Notch when having questions or concerns with any project and/or products! Have any questions, the employees here in this location will tend to your situations! 5 stars because there is no such thing as bad customer service here

Good news. The manager John who worked here is now gone . 90 percent of the bad reviews came from him and his bad attitude towards customers. Every other employee that’s currently there are great and provide great customer service. I remember the Manager , he used to close the store early just because he felt like it. Thank god he’s gone

Had a horrible experience trying to ship something yesterday. An employee named John treated me awful from the second he started helping me. He acted like it was an inconvenience for him to help me. I had to ask him if I did something wrong and he kept just raising his voice at me the whole time. He is also a manager there which makes the whole experience even worse. From all the reviews about him, this store should have let him go a long time ago.

Appears as open online. Store is closed. Have been parked here and seen over 6 customers drive and walk over with their package only to see that the store is not opened. Should fix this so customers could go to another store before wasting time driving to get here.

Maybe the absolute worst customer experience ever, Shawna should not be working with the public whatsoever. Went for a simple passport photo that should take 5-10mins max, tells me she’s not gonna get to it for a while as she proceeds to sit on her phone and ignore everyone else. Obviously she hates her job and clearly takes it out on customers.

Store hours changed without noticed. Closed at least three hours early with only a hand written note that the store was closed on the window. Hours on website, front door and Google are inaccurate.

So I’m not exactly sure why the employee was angry at me for trying to ship a package but he was borderline rude.
The reason why he gets two stars though as he was good at what he did but wow.

John has no business working here, let alone being a manager-it's genuinely baffling. His attitude is downright toxic. Every customer who walks through the door is treated like they're ruining his day, and he makes it blatantly obvious with his relentless eye-rolling, sarcastic tone, snarky remarks, and exasperated facial expressions. He's not just rude and condescending-he's shockingly unprofessional and outright hostile. He offers zero help, only frustration. This is not the level of service anyone expects from a company like FedEx. Corporate needs to take serious action because having someone like this representing the brand is an absolute embarrassment.

As other reviews state this manager "john" is about as miserable as they come. Very unwelcoming, made me feel like it was annoying that I had something to ship. No wonder they have no help. I wouldnt want to work with him either. Dude if you hate your job go and find another one..
VERY busy store. Phone was ringing off the hook (unanswered) and I waited for 20+ mins for the single employee to take care of 1 person in front of me. 3 more people lined up behind me meanwhile.
Hire some people fedex. And maybe someone who wants to be in customer service.

Store manager JOHN is a condescending jerk. Extremely rude and ignored when asked questions about store policy. The reviews doesn’t lie regarding this individual. But would like to point out that the other ladies that works at this location at extremely helpful.
