this store literally had PILES of dirt. I wish I was joking, however the dressing room floors looked like they had never even met a broom, outside the dressing room was somewhat cleaner yet still filthy. the staff was not only rude, but extremely unhelpful and did not seem well trained. will not be shopping at this location again, Nashua and Manchester are much more professional.

Express and yeah it's a nice place just don't ask for directions to find something they don't have cuz they sent me in the wrong direction silly people but I'll give him a five star it's a good place good stuff in there

Went in looking for some outfits for a birthday. I had about three outfits brought them up to the front and the worker said that their machine was down and was only excepting cash and she could put it on hold. So I had to go to the ATM, pay a $3.99 fee to take out cash. By the time I came back downstairs their gate was shut and they had closed the store they said because of the machine...regardless if I had cash.

I've always considered this location my absolute LAST RESORT before having to make a purchase online (the last location I prefer to shop at out of all the locations within a 3-state-radius of me). The staff rarely impress me, quite the opposite actually - it's clear the men & women associates either hate the job, or have never been trained in basic customer service properly. And the selection? What selection? This store location is so small, yet so empty, so often (pre-dating COVID-19, that's a FACT), it should've probably closed its doors YEARS AGO. And what's up with store closing at 7pm the past 6-9mo when the rest of the mall didn't close until 8pm, eventually even 9pm???

The website says they open at 9 am. I got here 5 mins to 9 and the lady said “do you know anyone looking for a job, I didn’t say anything so I’m not sure why I got that. They didn’t open for another hour. I get that this is happening every where but I never complained. Not sure why I got that. Time to work on Cust service!

They take at least 10 min to check out each person and then you pay $80 for a basic hoodie, but the clothes are stylish that’s why they get 3 stars

I have to say that it has been one of the best experience @ Express I’ve encountered in years. I never write reviews but I had today because the staff was very welcoming from the beginning to the end. Even with all the changes that retailers have to provide for us due to the covid19 the staff remained very calm and happy to help. I’ve managed retail before and if this had been my team I would’ve been very proud. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

I’m appalled by their service and attitude towards customer. I went in to return my jacket and I am an A list express credit card member. For some reason, they couldn’t pull up my order, which is completely okay, systems mess up sometimes. So instead of them calling their online help team, I made a call. Online customer service was fantastic. They asked me to give the phone to store staff and store staff completely denied. They said have them call the store, all while I was waiting to return my jacket. The store manager was extremely rude with false sense of pride that was exuding from her. She was promoting similar behaviour with her staff. Loud voice, almost like a scream, in front of 15other customers who were in line was extremely disrespectful. I have never experienced this from any store that I buy with. I have filed official complaint of this store with express and I really hope they do take necessary actions. Even if I wasn’t their customer, the behaviour of the manager was unacceptable, especially during holidays where it literally crushes your fun spirit.
