Brought in an old, tarnished golf trophy for engraving of last year's winner. Karen not only did that but she redid all of the past plates and polished it up to super shininess. All for a better than reasonable price. What great customer service!

Worked with Karen on a last minute request. She went above and beyond to get me the employee award I needed for a holiday party and was wonderful to work with. The final product was perfect!
