Charlie and his team are as personable and informative as anyone I've met in the Jewelry business. Their products are top quality, and they can basically customize anything. I've referred 4 of my close friends and colleagues for engagement rings and gifts so far and everyone couldn't say enough great things about how happy they were with the product and their experience overall. I cannot even begin to say how grateful I am to Charley and the team! I had my mother and grandmother's diamonds. He suggested that we do something with my engagement ring and created an incredible three stone ring. My grandmother's diamond had a chip but he worked with it and you would never know it! The ring is beyond beautiful! He also used diamonds from a necklace on the sides. He was very fair in the price and was able to bring the cost down by buying some of my gold pieces that I no longer wear. When he showed it to me I almost cried. He promised me an incredible ring and boy did he deliver. Emerald will be my go to jeweler! Charley and Emerald Jewelers gets my wholehearted 10 star recommendation.
