I will not shop there anymore. Waste of my time. I found a pair of boots, priced at $70.00. Get to the register and they ring up $100.00. Than after checking the price on the wall, they refused to give me the posted price. I declined to pay the $100.00 and the cashier gave attitude, slammed her hand on the box, and threw the box on the floor. What ever happened to the days when the customer is always right and the customer get the price posted on the product?

You won't find another store around with the selection of Jordan's like EbLens! I do prefer the Lawrence store usually though.

Only Store in this mall that thinks it's ok to block the back hallways with there carts overflowing with cardboard. It's extremely annoying to have maneuver around all there trash to do my job. I don't know why the mall or the security won't do anything about this but it's rude and disrespectful to everyone else who has to use the hallways, and it's not allowed according to the malls policy.

I like the stuff in the eb lens stores don't get me wrong they have great clothes and shoes but the service at this one is just not great. The employees didn't approach us at all and were talking to each other and when I was waiting at the counter it took them like five minutes to notice I was trying to check out. After this I try to use a gift card and they couldn't because they didn't have the scanner for it yet or something. The store said opening in spring and took till summer y'all should have ur stuff together so I left without buying anything.

As said in the other reviews customer service here is an absolute joke! The girls huff and puff when they have to go to the back to get a size and actually do their job! if they see you in the store looking for help, they won't even ask you if you need assistance because they look at everybody that walks in up and down to judge if they will buy anything or if they should waist their time. These women make minimum wage and are under the impression that they are some sort of kardashian that's to good to work there, it's pretty amusing if you ask me

Customer service here is nonexistent. We stood at the counter, in an empty store aside from us and the two employees, and were not approached once. Both girls looked up at us multiple times, but made no moves to come over and help us. We left without buying a thing after at least 3 minutes of standing there being ignored. I'm not sure how this store will stay open if they refuse to check people out. Good luck.
