If your hours are posted at 10:00, you should open at 10:00. After being met with an extremely RUDE person on the phone, who offered no apology, and wouldn't make eye contact when I walked in the store, I won't be back. Too many other stores in town that sell the same items, and open on time.

I hate to even give this location 1 star. Yvonne is the worst customer service person ever. I spoke to a man on the phone and he said he would honor an online discount and when I went in she literally looked at me like I had three heads and she was speaking to him in her head set about the conversation I had with him on the phone.She was RUDE and unfriendly. She ended up giving me the promised coupon, unwillingly and slammed my receipt down on the counter and walked away. She is in the wrong business and should not be customer facing and corporate should read these reviews, I actually think she is a manger there.Yvonne BTW, the customer is always right. Retail 101. Be kind. Service with a smile. Just a few retail 101 tips honey! You'll only ever go as far as DSW.

Have been to this store several times in the past 3 months. All sales staff have been very pleasant to deal with. I recently had an issue with an online order and manager Eve was great at resolving the issue. Thank you!

I went in for new sneakers. Found a pair I liked in ten minutes. Found a belt and socks I didn't realize I needed. Was out in twenty minutes total. Easy shopping trip. And found a coupon online while waiting in line that saved me $20.

At the Salem store yesterday, the sales clerk was confrontational and unpleasant with me about not giving my phone number and email to get a discount card. I had to say no, please ring out my purchase several times. Finally, she did, but not without rolling her eyes. I called an hour later to report this to the manager, who didn't seem to take my complaint seriously. I can buy my shoes somewhere else.

The boots I got for Christmas broke after 3 wears. Told me I couldn't get a return or store credit for any amount. $90 down the drain for boots that weren't white like the description, pilled and got on my clothes, and the soles came out fully.

To the people working the floor on Friday 12/9/22 around 4PM, I was in line and I left. I put the items away in the correct spots. I’m not upset with you but I’m upset with the cheap managers that could hire a second cashier or more on a Friday. I also don’t want to hear “no one wants to work” these chains and stores are lying to the customers and staff so they can get away with not paying their staff. I work third shift and needed to get home before I passed out. A few minutes to some people isn’t a long time but when a person is running on E and running errands with only two days to shop, it means a lot. Again nothing against the staff I feel sorry for you guys and I hope your managers hires more people and not just during the holiday season. I doubt they will but I also want to apologize for my impatience to the staff if they get in trouble. I’m not sure how jerky manager are if they micro manage there. Again to the staff, it’s nothing you guys did that was wrong. To the managers that make decisions on hiring more people, just because Salem, NH will have the sales because of the foot traffic, the customers are getting tired of the skeleton crews. Stop doing this to your staff and consumers, you can afford more members without jacking up the prices!
