Rebecca is amazing. She handled my prescription in the drive thru and she was so kind. I was having a bad day and she made it so much better. My doctors never put my preferred name on my medications so she took a marker and wrote it next to my legal name. I hope you’re acknowledged for your kindness.

I'm here for a covid test. The nurse took a patient who had a later appointment than me. She's been giggling in the room for almost 40 minutes. What is the point of making an appointment? I highly would suggest going elsewhere. I know I won't be returning. I'd give 0 stars if it would let me.

Lied to me over the phone and said my doc never called in Rx. Had to come into store for them to have "just received it". Convenient. Btw, I'm contagious.

I moved back to Massachusetts and I still go back to New Hampshire because they're so personable and compassionate. The whole team is great. Joy is truly an asset to the company. Greatly appreciate it!

The only redeeming quality about this location was the hours that were 24/7 and now they decided to make them shorter so now this is officially the worst location I've ever been to

Visited pharmacy on 3/6 to pick up an RX. RX order was not of quantity, nor price regularly paid for this RX for years. Pharmacist 1st indicated incorrect quantity was doctor order (it wasn't), then indicated price was because I didn't have insurance (I do), then suggested insurance maybe not reflected because early in year. Third month in isn't early AND I've already had another RX filled there this year as mentioned to her. Asked me to step to the side and wait while order was corrected and refund applied. When I asked how long I'd be waiting as I had already been delayed with this issue, her angry and huffy response was that there were a lot of people waiting as she stormed off. Customer service skills and attention to providing correct RX orders without offering too many excuses on why it was incorrect is strongly suggested. My wife and I will be moving our business from this location to another CVS location.

I have been going to CVS for years. Since I moved here, seven years ago, I’ve been visiting the one which is two minutes from me at this location. I don’t remember the pharmacy ever being friendly and the staff is always lacking. I’ve been going to Methuen 233 Broadway for all of my pharmacy needs for the last year and a half and they are always extremely helpful, Polite and nice. It’s honestly a shame since they’re two minutes from me in Salem but I need nice friendly people not rude nasty people.

This place is awful. I made the terrible mistake of coming early for my appointment, just to find out the other woman waiting was an hour past her appointments time. Terrible service too nobody even showed up.

Worst experience. Waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive thru. Was unable to back up to leave due to another vehicle behind us. Called the store to see if they can have the car in front of us move as they were sitting there for so long. The women on the phone yelled at us and said that there are other people besides us. All we were saying was to move the car because they shouldn’t be waiting there for 30 minutes. If the prescription isn’t ready have them move in the line. She was so rude. Then we asked to speak to a manager and the pharmacist came over and was just as rude. Said that they r waiting for their sick kids medicine. I understand they are waiting for meds. So are we. What we were trying to explain was to just move the car. The pharmacist yelled at us for making the car behind us wait. Even though we had to wait. I have never been spoken to like that. Worst experience in my life. I will never go back there. I was unable to speak without getting interrupted and yelled at. We have been going there for so long and we have never been spoken to like that. The level of professionalism is zero at best. However the supervisor was kind and listened to our concerns while the pharmacist was yelling in the background and beside him while we were having a conversation with him. Again. I have never been spoken to like that. But not only one employee spoke to us like that but there were two!!!!

Convenient location with so much parking and other nearby shopping in the town. Inside the pharmacy is really nice with full staff at all sections. There are restrooms as well for customer usage and cleanly maintained.

I 24 hours cvs with absolutely ridiculous pharmacy hours! The pharmacy should be open later than any other CVS near them! Or close the store the same hours as the other pharmacies!

Says there open 24 hours. Doors were locked and closed despite workers being inside and all the lights were on. Wouldn’t open the store.

Being not only a employee in the Pharmacy but a customer here, These employees work extremely hard, filling prescriptions, having consultations, doing pick up’s, drop offs , truck deliveries, phones, drive through , returns , vaccinations and many other pertinent tasks. Yes, it is stressful, yes, we may sometimes seem short , but one will never understand until they work in our environment. To see a “bad” review about you isn’t ok. The majority of people doing this work, do so because they care about their consumers and have worked countless hours through the pandemic and other catastrophes with no breaks , no holidays and no working from home. Just like other first responders, we work late nights and numerous days / hours , as well as taking time away from our own families to help our community. ❤️
