I am going on 2 years of living here and have been greatly satisfied overall. Maintenance is great, leasing office responds kindly and timely to emails and takes care of any issues that arise along with handling the issues professionally. We enjoy using the dog bath area and all the amenities that the property provides. The insulation seems to be very poor but other than that - the apartment itself has been a great place to live.

Living here for almost a year now. Loving the apartment, very clean and well maintained. Fast response with maintenance request. The area is perfect everything is in the neighborhood. Love the pool. The only thing that this apartment is lacking is the children’s playground. There’s a play area for dogs but not for kids(sad). I gave this 4 star because of no playground and there’s no nearby either. But aside from that, this apartment is almost perfect!

When I received my lease renewal in May I was shocked to see my rent increase $225/mo. I did not anticipate moving, but felt forced to with the 20% increase in 3 years. I chose to move which completely derailed my summer plans. I canceled a vacation and spent available weekends looking for a place to live. With time ticking, I gave my required 60 days notice still without a place to live. I did find a more affordable option and decided to move a week earlier than my 60 day date. My hope was that Corsa would be kind enough to give me a few days rent back, but no such luck. I would never rent from this company again. This is NOT a home. It's a business first and foremost.

When I moved into my apartment, there was a hole in the ceiling from previous water damage and nothing was cleaned (including the carpet). I had to stay with my buddy the first night so they could try and repair everything. They comped the one night but that's really the only customer service I received for their poor effort to make sure the apartment was ready. Additionally, there were little white paint drippings all over the granite counter tops and wooden floors left from the painters.The staff doesn't respond to email in a timely manner. Most of the time I go to the office to speak to someone but they are always away out on the property.The gym has had no cleaning supplies for this past week. When they do leave a spray bottle and paper towels they leave the bare minimum so we always run out quickly.The buildings are built cheaply. The apartment has drafts coming through the windows, electrical sockets, and floor boards. There are huge cracks between the floor and wall where cold air in the winter blows through. Almost like they forgot how to insulate the building. The walls and ceilings are paper thin so you can hear everything.I've lived here for a little over a year and the only reason I stay is because it's close to work and everything else in Tuscan is great. You're paying a high price for convenience rather than luxury living.

We’ve lived here for about a year and a half and the staff and buildings are pretty good. The staff have been super helpful anytime we needed maintenance done or needed help with the mail. The primary problems we notice are the other residents and the package area. The package area is constantly packed with boxes, and some have been there since early December at this point (if not longer). I don’t consider this necessarily the fault of the staff, people just don’t seem to want to come get their stuff. It might be better when the second amazon locker is in use, as it will leave more open spaces for smaller packages to be stored away.Personally, our primary complaint is the neighbors, which isn’t really the fault of the Corsa staff. It took forever for the mail staff to stop giving us the last residents mail, and even longer for him to stop getting doordash delivered to our apartment number. People don’t clean up after their dogs (despite numerous emails and signs), and just this weekend someone (either a resident or a visitor) hit my car and didn’t leave a note despite causing obvious body damage to my car.

We have been here for about 18 months. We totally love it!! Very nice new apartments. Rachel and the maintenance guys Ray and Chris are wonderful! We have nothing but good things to say !!

I lived on the second floor corner unit facing the car dealership. There wasn’t a day or night that I didn’t have a migraine or woke up with one from the person above us stomping their foot while they were walking nonstop, So loud that even my roommate thought someone was in our apartment. And the people below us playing music so loud that our floor was shaking.

Way overpriced for builder grade quality. Lived there 2 years and was charged to replace builder grade quality carpet for normal wear and tear? Grounds are full of dog p**** no place for kids to play so they play in the drainage area. Would not recommend...

Horribly loud, shoddily built, and inept and insensitive property management. Neighbors were lovely, but I had zero peace during the year I was stuck there. Walls shaking, ceiling rattling, doors slamming, pipes leaking... it constantly felt like the building was going to topple over, and like my upstairs neighbors were going to crash through the ceiling. My dog developed a seizure-response to the trauma and unpredictable noises and structural failures. We both were on edge 24/7, and could never achieve quiet, peace, or safety. Hands down- the worst rental experience of my 20+ years as a renter. (This is my first apartment review ever. I feel so strongly about the traumatic experience at Corsa Salem that I feel obligated to make potential renters aware.)

Corsa Staff is excellent to deal with. they provide service and feedback right away on any questions or concerns. They are always around and friendly when contacted. There are some things that are outside their ability to fix, like lack of sound proofing between floor and ceiling which is non existent. Sound is transmitted from unit above clearly and loudly. Staff gets a 5, design engineers and construction a 1 for cheaping out on sound insulation.
