“Hello a message to management. This is the 2nd time I have visited shell on rt 28 NH , out of many times that I always get gas here. But as I have mentioned, last week I noticed at pump #1 the handle swivel connection is leaking fuel? I made a report to one of the employees at the register inside. They said they were going to file a service request. I am here again, 12 / 11 / 23 and it is still leaking? This is a HAZARD not just for the station but for customers as well. I hope that this finds you and proper steps are taken to correct this issue. Concerned customer.”
“To be honest; most people would question why any one may stick with the same pharmacy for years despite facing insurance "hiccups," the pharmacy and store is rarely out of stock, above all else the staff here truly work hard and provide a consistently welcoming environment, providing assistance when needed as well as sharing up to date reminders regarding sales or available coupons, etc, last but not least their knowledge and dedicated service stands out as one of the best pharmacies I have ever visited: thank you Dante, Tragaige, Brittany, Arianna and Blake as well as all the other staff who welcome every customer in the store with all the same qualities as I shared of the pharmacy staff, keep up the great work!!”

“Good people work there very friendly and helpful. Wish they had more food options like other locations. They have pizza now. Lowest gas prices in town usually. Can be crowded at times. Ice cold beer. Great coffee.”
“Super clean and great gas prices, but the pumps are frequently out of receipt paper which is always such a hassle. I’d give the place five stars if it wasn’t for that. The staff needs to keep a better eye on the pumps.”

“I don't use this pharmacy myself but I do bring my mom about twice a week.
The pharmacist and the tech seem to be the only 2 people that work at this CVS.
They both treat my mom great and they also answer any questions that she has.
I dumped 1 Star off of my review ONLY because they seem to be a little understaffed at times, which is obviously, no fault of the 2 workers there. Understandably, they do close for lunch, so you may want to check the hours on their website, before you head there.”
“My child left her medication at a friend's house and we were out of town for a couple of days. I called and asked if they could help with an emergency supply and they said to stop by the pharmacy. My family member stopped by as I was at work still, and they totally saved the day even though they were closing within 20 minutes!! Couldn't be happier with the nice staff that took my call, and what they did. I can't thank you all enough!”
“My personal favorite of all the "first stores in New Hampshire" out of the 5 in that block or two. It's a little crowded inside, but don't let that scare you. The prices are the lowest I've found in the area, I save $8-12 on a single tobacco product there alone. Workers are quite, but very helpful.”

“I work at Nouria but not at this location. This was my first time visiting the Salem location. WOW! Impressive is how I felt upon entering this location! From the wonderful friendly staff, to the well organized store shelves, the cleanliness of the floor, the wine display, the amazing set-up of the cigar/humidor section, the beer cooler so very neatly stacked, everything!!! KUDOS!!!”

“Just a great place to get mom’s prescriptions grab bread milk and my laxatives, customer service experience is amazing very nice and friendly but very knowledgeable about the product and it’s located in the store. You can get what you need and be in and out in under 3min. We have always really appreciated every CVS location in every city we moved. Pharmacy staff was helpful in showing exactly where the product was located in the store even suggested that we could save some money with going with the CVS brand and it’s the exact same product. So if you need your medication and some bread and a birthday card visit your local CVS you won’t be disappointed”
