They suck. I went there yesterday with a friend and they did five transactions for the same amount. Well, I only made one transaction and now I’m told I have to wait 3 to 5 days my rent due so now I’m gonna get kicked out of here so don’t go there you’ll get ripped off.

I just went there to get cigarettes and I got charged like five times at $300 a whack and now my bank account is next not in my rent due and I'm pissed. I'll never go there again. My idiot friend wouldn't go to Market Basket. Nope, she insisted on coming here and cigarettes are a hell of a lot more expensive than a Market Basket but she's a control freak so why you overcharge and I'm livid !! Plus the kid gave me wrong cigarettes!! I want my refund as fast as they took the money out !! and I want the correct cigarette and refund of that difference that I paid

They had a low stock of vapes (flavors). I asked about the brand I bought, if they were good. I bought 3 for $49. I tested them in the store but they all quit working the next day. Old stock? I don't know, but it's a lot of money I'm out just before Christmas. I've typically liked shopping in The City before but I'm leerie to go back now. Otherwise just a normal experience
