i came shopping with my mom it’s like being in a freezer when i went in. i even overheard others talking about how cold it was in the store, i can’t imagine anyone enjoying shopping here because of it. Oh but the employes are nice

Where to begin? The store is a mess, there are children behind the counter helping customers instead of the actual employees, staff is rude to customers who are returning or exchanging items the list goes on with what is wrong in this store. Definitely will never return.

Rude associates, disgusting store. It looks like a dumpster. Their front counter is a mess and the associates were extremely unprofessional and did not represent the style or store in a good manner. Fitting rooms are closed and their return policy is exchange only or receive a merchandise card. I am not buying from this company anymore.

Horrible customer service. I was the only one in the store, both women completely ignored me, one gave me a dirty look. Loud, blaring music was playing in some other language. When I was ready to check out the woman at the register had her back to me and was on the phone. The other associate saw me standing waiting and ignored me. Once she saw me she said "Oh", annoyed, and put her call on speaker to ring me out. She said nothing and had a nasty demeanor like I was interrupting her call. Just a rude, unprofessional environment.

I ABSOLUTELY love this store the Girls that work here are very helpful in what your looking for and like me hate to say this i have a real hard time finding an outfit that will look good on me! I don't worry about it anymore since ive been going here thats how important they are!!!!!
