The person who called my work place to essentially try and sell me something to do with computers or cartridges, was obnoxious, argumentative, rude and harrassing. His incessant questions, not understanding when I told them I don't need anything. He proceeded to argue and question me. He than made the remark about my attitude and giggled, at which point I hung up. I suggested if this company calls you don't deal with them, if the employees cold call and harass random people over the phone, I could just imagine what their business is like.

misleading sales tactics. inferior toner products, irresponsible hygienics. they don't stand behind their claims or their products.

I came with my father because i need something printed in color for a school project. We brought in a flashdrive with the pictures on it and the worker printed it so quickly. Done and done, and get this he didnt charge for it! Thank you, 5 stars.

I was in a tough spot and time crunch with my two printers. The staff at Cartridge World in Salem, NH were all great. They were able to give me help in picking them up quickly and trying to correct the issues asap. They provided me with very good customer service and a quick turnaround while keeping me posted often. Yikes, it's been years since my last review! That may give you some idea of the time I've been doing business with this location. If I could only give them more than 5 stars, I would definitely do it! This store is all about providing excellent customer service! Whether you pay more or less for it, you can buy ink just about anywhere. However, here from the moment you open the door the owner and staff will assist you. They will do their absolute best to accommodate your needs... Be it the right cartridge for the type of printing you do to possibly needing a new printer, they will take the time to listen and advise. There is never any push to sell you what you don't need. They will not oversell . I find that with smaller businesses - those who are smart know full well that as much as its great to make the sale of a big ticket item, it's much smarter to advise ONLY what the customer actually needs. This creates trust! Repeat business! And referrals! which a vital to their existence. We need more stores who operate similar to this one..... Again, as I may have added in my last review, I won't shop anywhere else!

I've been a customer since they opened. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to explain everything to me when I need help no matter how busy. Also, the value can't be beat. Awesome experience

I'm an occasional customer and when I need printing supplies or need some Tech help I can't say enough about the service and friendly staff. Kudos to Matt for helping me with my printer problem. if you have not given this business a try, I recommend you do!
