“Nothing but great experiences here!! I drive a beater that I've had since high school, and I've ran into a few issues since my car is essentially an old, beat-up tank. My dad is a mechanic, and he usually helped working on my car - but I've since moved up here and I've been hesitant on going to a shop because I'm worried I'd be taken advantage of. Pricing is affordable and they're completely transparent. When replacing my muffler, they noticed a hole in my catalytic converter that they patched for free. I had a broken mirror; and although their bodywork was completely booked they managed to order a new mirror and install it within a few days. They know what they're doing, and everyone I've spoken to here is friendly, honest, and will do the job right. I'll continue to be a repeat customer, and they're the only shop I'll trust with my loved and old little Corolla.”

“Completely satisfied with my rental experience. I wasn't expecting much from a satellite office WAY outside a major city but the on-site manager in Haverhill couldn't have been nicer. Pick up and drop off were both effortless and she was warm and genuinely friendly both times, even in the middle of a physical move of the office to a location across the street. The Jeep Compass I was given exceeded my expectations. It was in excellent condition, fully equipped and spotless. I booked this rental on Expedia and, again, all documentation, communication and payment information was seamlessly handled throughout.”
