let me start by saying this is my second purchase at canobie lake honda and this purchase was just as easy as the first one, both times from start to finish i think i was in and out in about a hour my salesperson this time was vinny who was great showed me the vehicles i wanted to see told me the difference wasn't pushy at all even let me sit in his personal vehicle to show me the difference in vehicles let me also ad that i never even went here for a purchase i was only up here to drop off my wife's vehicle for work and out of curiosity got a quote on my truck for a trade in and it was a good price so all said and done vinny gave me his card a told me to call his cell anytime and let me know if i wanted to go through with the purchase and well i called him the next morning early and he answered like he said he would well thanks to him and the great customer Service and finance team i now own a 2023 honda civic touring i think other dealerships should take notes on this dealership don't be pushy don't attack the customer as soon as they get on ur lot don't keep the customer there all day canobie lake honda does none of this thanks guys i will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend u to friends

Recommend knowing what service is due/recommended before going in or they will upsell you. They do not follow the Honda recommended maintenance guidelines and try to add on services which are not due (even when pointing this out to them).High diagnostic fees compared to other Honda dealers. If you need your alignment checked, go elsewhere. They charge much more and claim it can only be checked with their "tool" which is inaccurate and can in fact be checked elsewhere for much less.Made the mistake of trying to talk to the service manager Kevin. Was told to take my car elsewhere, that's what you call "great customer service" Go elsewhere.

They have a chargepoint charger listed and it's set so it appears to be working but it doesn't.

I called to ask for parts for my car and Eric didn't want to help me with prices or ordering parts until I provided him with a VIN number. On top of it he was not very courteous but instead arrogant. I got the sense Eric was threatened by the fact I am a female who knows how to do my own car repairs. This dealership sucks!

if you are diligent enough to look here and realize that this dealer pays to remove bad reviews from other sites, then please read further. on April 12, My wife and I called the dealer inquiring about a 'certified Honda' for sale for $32000 . I was told it was available but they could only talk to me if we both came in person to their store. Once there, we were delayed, brought to different people, and eventually spent 6 hours, mostly waiting, just to purchase a car for the price they listed online. We told them that our previous car had been in an accident and totalled and that we needed to buy a car to bring our young children to school and activities. Maybe we were nieve saying this, but things changed and they told us that they could no longer sell us this car for the price listed and agreed upon. while the car was still not sold, they need to 'reevaluate ' based on the current state and 'market conditions'. We understand that buying a car now is expensive and maybe challenging but we're hoping that an official Honda dealer would have a bit more integrity. We hope this helps the next unsuspecting parents. please be careful with these people.

Canobie Lake Honda was a pleasure to work with. Their sales people were super knowledgeable on their products and provided fantastic customer service. As a first time car buyer, the Canobie Lake Honda team made sure to work with me and showed me a variety of options to steer me towards making the right purchase. I would recommend the Canobie Honda dealership as the first stop for anybody who is in the market for vehicles both new or used.

Super happy that they had the car we wanted, AND for the perfect deal. While it is still a time-consuming process (with a trainer making it take longer), we are very happy with this store & our new car.

Beyond being furious and disappointed, the $32.7 K sticker price for a Civic we were literally ready to purchase suddenly jumped up $4,700 while they tried to push me into a lesser model, shortchanging us on our 2019 trade-in. We were there literally ready to sign papers and they changed the price. Don't believe their sticker prices. With the inflationary economy and the downward pressure on everyone and businesses, it's unbelievable that they would do this and lose out on business but that's what happened. Find another Honda dealership in the area.

Always had great service here. But I have to say, your new logo makes me think this is one of the dozens of Cannibis stores in the area, not a car dealer.

I came into the Honda Dealership as a 31 year old woman, newborn in tow, looking for a used vehicle. I was recommended a great salesman by the Toyota Dealership next door. The RAV4 I was looking for was listed for 22k on their website but without pictures. The dealer told me the car was recently traded in but he could go get the car for me to look at, it would just take 20 minutes to get it. I love the car, and I tell the salesman I just need to talk to my father about trading in or selling my own car. After at least 3 hours of sitting at that dealership and having to pay a babysitter to watch my other Daughter, the salesman tells me the car needs to be cleaned thoroughly and inspected to see if there's anything wrong with it. A few days later he calls and tells me the car is ready and asks if I'm still interested. I say yes but offer 20k. He says he will call me back if they will take 20k for it. He never calls. I get people to watch both my kids and find time for my dad to come look at the SUV. We show up and the vehicle hadn't even been touched. We walk in and offer them 21k cash for the car. The salesman walks away for 15 minutes and shoots the shit with his management while we sit there. After waiting, my dad decides we are just going to leave and not waste more time. The salesman tells us they have to bring the car to the shop to see if it needs work and if it doesn't then they could accept offer. I don't understand why I was told the vehicle was ready. Is this some sort of sales tactic? Do they not work on commission here? What happened to customer service? I felt lied to and not taken seriously for being a young woman. I will not be purchasing a car from this dealership. They need to focus on being more honest with people and stop wasting their time!

While this was just a routine 5000 mile oil change, the service writer at Rockingham was about a professional to work with as I have seen at any other dealership, and had my car in and out in less time than originally promised. Having a coupon for a discount on this certainly did not hurtService: Oil change

I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I asked how much it would cost and was pleasantly surprised that the bill would be 0.00. I had forgotten that I purchased the Honda Care Vehicle Service Contract. It made my day.Service: Vehicle maintenance
