Honestly I have never had a problem in the last 3 years. The maintenance is ready to help, the manager and Beth are always sweet and understanding. My only feedback would be pay rent online without any extra fees. Also having the building names written more clearer or a map of the buildings at the front so buildings are easier to find.

I am so happy to live here. Let me give you a little example to explain it better. I am a dog Mom, my baby got very sick when I call the office Our landlord Ms. Moore drive us to the Emergency hospital and help us with everything, who is working in management 4 of them, they are amazing people ?? when somethings happens at home, they are just running over here to fix it. they are super professional, amazing problem solvers, and friendly. I can't thank them enough ?? I am living here last 3 years and I will continue because of these great people who are managing here and helping everyone like family ?

I been living is this apartment for 6 months and I already Calle maintenance few time every time they go inside my bathroom take a look but never fixe the problem my bathtub is clogged a they are never able to fixe!

price to high to be living with bugs my daughter got allergic reaction bed bugs, mouse and more. nothing updated everything still old. the maintenance go to your apartment to fix some thing they don't tell you anything or leave a note saying they were in there. they went up on my lease 200.00 on me

My experience is mixed. The staff is friendly,professional and address anything brought up as swiftly as possible. Neighbors are friendly for the most part. Laundry facility is clean,however if you have alot of laundry it is not convenient as there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers. That is a current downfall for me. Have been living with my parents on and off for more than 10 years, the placement of this complex is great! Near many stores you can walk to, and the mall. The price is a bit high but many places are these days. The renovated apartments are beautiful! I couldn’t live here alone but it’s worth it if you have the money. The maintenance workers are AWESOME! So friendly and helpful. Area is safe too, good place to live.

I lived here for about 2 years and and I loved it. My wife and I worked right around the corner and the location is just perfect. All shops are within walking distance. Maintenance and management are responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Issues since move in two months ago. Should have been a sign when they didn't have the apartment ready when promised. Leasing office is extremely unprofessional: two people saying two different things, bee/wasp problem, the complex wants to stop accepting amazon drivers from delivering packages, etc. I already can't wait until my lease is done.

Property management can careless about its tenants. After asking around about this place, driving through the property and speaking to past and present occupants. Things to be aware of is how many occupants in the units have dogs. This will greatly cause your buildings washer and dryer to smell like piss. Be aware of who are heavy smokers in your building. One resident has been in the same unit for over 20 years. You can see the blinds and curtains are greatly stained smoke yellow from the heavy smoking over years. I feel sadness for everyone in the surrounding units that have to take in the second hand smoke. Be extremely mindful of this if you or anyone in your family has respiratory issues such as asthma's. Be extremely careful when putting any money down for a deposit. Units were not available when promised and full amount of security deposit was not given back.

Then when the residents are going to litter there is almost no space.There is no public policy on the use of bicycles and they are watered everywhere. There is no control. Children’s bicycles all over the walkways, entrances and stairs making for unsafe conditions. Voiced concerns when I tripped over one, They did nothing. Peoples personal effects cluttering hallways making trip hazards on stairs. People setting up lawn chairs and blocking entrances to the building. Nothing done after complaints. This place is ok ...If I lock myself in my apartment

I will start by saying, I did not live here. The application process and the way the office staff responds is AWFUL. I applied for an apartment which was advertised for available now. I applied, paid the ridiculous application fee AND "security deposit", and waited for a response. The first response was days after I applied and stated that the move in date would have to be pushed back by TWO weeks. Normally not a big deal, but I was moving cross country and needed the move in date that was on my quote. The employee who I was emailing back and forth with would not say it was the apartment's fault and that I would not be receiving my security deposit back. I told the employee that if the advertised move in date would have been correctly advertised then I would not have applied and therefore should be given my security deposit back. Her and the manager then said they most certainly did not use false advertisement...I don't know what else "available now" to move in date a month later would be considered. After I used the words false advertisement, the manager was miraculously able to get the apartment ready. I did not want to live in this place after that and since they were somehow able to get the apartment ready in time, did not need to give me my security deposit back. I do not like how unprofessional and unpleasant the employees who I talked to acted.

We had applied for an apartment with Amy who told us an apartment was available at the time and even showed it to us. We gave a security deposit and were told we would hear back in a couple of days. Two days later, we are told Amy no longer works there and they would review our application. Kathy strung us along for two weeks making excuses as to why we couldn't be processed. Then finally rejected us after we complained to her higher ups. And for some reason kept $100 from our deposit from an apartment we never got. Dont apply here!
