I recently purchased a couch from Bob's Furniture Store and am very disappointed with the experience. The couch was sold without a power cord, making it impossible to use the power features. When I contacted the store outlet manager to address the issue, they refused to provide a solution or make it right. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend shopping here based on my experience.

I purchased a piece at one location in MASS that was seamless, came into this location for a different purchase, and the sales rep was the most confused person I ever met. He was an ilder gentleman. It honestly seemed he was either medicated or just plain out of it. He got absolutely everything wrong, took forever to keep asking his manager things, caused the woman in financing to have redo the entire contract. We would've liked to have actually spoken to the manager when we were leaving about this but of course he made no eye contact with us as we passed him. It felt he was polite and attentive during the sale but absent once it was over. Mission accomplished I guess.

Always on sale, prepare yourself!There's at least 1 insane deal each time i go. The chain was bought from european conglomerate last year by bob furniture and they are getting rid of the european stock with a fire sale

WHEN IS THE OFFICIAL CLOSING DATE?I'm really going to miss shopping at Bob's. Honestly, my go to place for outdoor, workout, and sports fan attire. I have always loved shopping at Bob's.
